She is a rock star and life saver of making me look presentable with a good haircut. She gives great customer service and really enjoys getting to know her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone, she’s the best girl who has ever cut my hair. Love how it turned out. Can’t for my next appointment with her. She makes hair cut time alot of fun.

Fantastic experience: Jessica was great! I went in with "rally hair" that looked insane, and she had be Boardroom-ready in 40 minutes. The setup in the salon is great; you have your own little semi-private cubicle with a television. Tough to beat the service or the price for a haircut, neck shave, shampoo, and conditioner! Highly reccommend this shop.

Negative experience: I'd leave 0 stars if I could ive been here before and it was awesome so I went again. The experience I had this time was wow awful a different experience entirely, not even just because the barber I had was different from last time, but because the one I had was unbelievably rude. The barber starts off by telling me the cut I want doesn't exist when I literally just had that cut down the last time I was there. The barber proceeds to act as though she doesn't understand how I want my hair at all and acts like I don't know what I'm asking for when I've been getting my hair cut for years and never had any confusion. There is more but the main thing I want to highlight is the fact that so was EXTREMELY lazy and acted like she didn't want to cut anyone's hair. Don't go here especially if you're a black male

Negative experience: I have been going to this establishment for some time now and usually get a beard trim and nose wax to great standards but to day I took my 1 year son in for his first ever hair trim I was told by Jess R. That when I brought him in sense he was getting a first haircut it would be free. So I took my son to get his haircut and things done I get and they changed me full price for my son's haircut now he is a 1 year old and just needed a trim after unfortunately this will be my last time at the guy's place and will take mine and my son's business else where from now on

He told me that he really liked Kara. So I made an appointment and went there today. My experience was great true to his word, Kara is really a great hairstylist. She did exactly what I asked her to do and I am very pleased with the outcome. I plan to make this my new barber!

She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! In the past I've had the same person cut my hair for the last 5-6 years. So when this person said that she was moving and could no longer do it, I was a little worried about trying to find another person and place to have my hair cut. Negative experience: Don't waste your money here! My son had a few good cuts here, then his stylist left. No one looked at past notes and just hacked away! I reached out and was offered a free cut by the manager. She did worse than the others! It was like a revenge cut. His curls gone, inches taken off. He is embarrassed to go to school today, it's that BAD!!

Negative experience: Ariana was argumentative and not understanding when I showed her a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like. A picture is worth a 1000 words right? I showed her the photo and said I want it to look like "this." She said thats the way its styled, not the way its cut. There was no space to tell her how I wanted my hair. She argued over everything I said in my best attempt to describe my desired haircut (with a photograph.) The most trouble I have had in over 40 years of getting a haircut.

Negative experience: If you want an uneven haircut from a stylist who is afraid to use scissors, with a shampoo and a few token extras for $25 then this is your place. Oh, and good luck getting them to trim your neck properly. They want you to pay extra for that, and come in a second time. I gave them two tries, and both times I'm fixing my haircut in the mirror at home. I do like that you can make an appointment online.
