Fantastic experience: Marco was AMAZING with our 12-year-old! His last haircut at another place didn’t turn out how he wanted, and he came home in tears after kids at school made comments. He was already nervous about trying someone new, but Marco completely changed that experience. He took his time. He asked what he was hoping for, what would work with his head shape, what wouldn’t, and explained the whole plan step by step. He talked through why he was doing what he was doing and how to style and care for it after. He even told him that if he didn’t like something, he needed to be honest next time — which gave him so much confidence. When we walked out, I wasn’t sure how he felt… and then he said, “THIS barber — we’re coming back! I look good. I love it!” He can’t stop looking in the mirror, couldn’t wait to call everyone and send pictures, and now actually WANTS to do his hair. I would 1000% recommend Marco and Tri Combs to anyone looking for a barber who truly cares about results and client satisfaction. If you don’t believe me, go check him out for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Marco is the best barber I’ve had in years. I have dark thick hair and a lighter scalp, so a bad fade can be seen from a mile away. Marco makes sure that doesn’t happen. Super cool and friendly guy with the cleanest cuts and some of the best conversation. I started with Marco for one part of my appt, and then transferred to Haley to take care of the rest my hair, because I’ve got a lot of it lol! They did an incredible job on my hair and beard, and at the end Haley double French braided my hair for me and I’m tickled pink with the sevice here. Hands down 10/10, I would recommend any one here and I know I’m coming back!!!

Negative experience: Barbershop was clean and he did have beverages available for his clients. Our appointment was at 5pm. Marco didn't start with us until 40 minutes later due to he was still with prior client. Marco was polite. Teen hair cut took about 20 minutes. We didn't request anything fancy just basic cut. Cost was $47.79 and gave a $10 tip on top of that. This was our second cut with Marco. Unsure if we will go back due to neither appointments started on time. Also, price seemed a little steep. Edit added 10/20/25 In response to reply from the Owner...... Marco was late. Our appointment was at 5pm and didn't see us until 5:40. Marco did message back and apologized for that. Offered a refund if I took the review down. I stick by my review. I didn't take a refund, or a free haircut to remove the review. Lowered this to 2 stars for Owner placing the blame on the Customer. See below Marcos response below... From August 12th... Hi , this is Marco from Tri-Combs Barbershop. We saw your review today and wanted to apologize for the inconvenience. I’d like to offer you a full refund and complimentary service for next time to make up for the tardiness. Customer service is my number one priority. The client before you guys had Asian style hair. Which is very challenging to cut correctly. I’m not sure about your first experience but I’m doing the best I can moving forward. Regarding the price.
