Fantastic experience: Katie is absolutely a goddess at what she does. This lady is a master of the scissors. A pro with a blow dryer. A master of the squirt bottle. Katie has blessed my hair for the last 16 or so years and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. If you want you hair to live up to its true potential then you gotta go with Katie! Let her work her magic!

She’s skilled, friendly, and consistently delivers clean, sharp fades that grow out well and always look intentional. Heather understands male hair and takes time to get every detail right while keeping the experience relaxed and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines talent and genuine care, but she does both every time. I always leave the shop looking my best, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy going here. I did have to schedule with a new stylist (new for me) because my previous one left (bummed). The continuity of professionalism and standard existed and it’s very appreciative. Kristin was nice, friendly and professional, had no issues picking up where my last stylist left off.

Negative experience: I had 2 appointments made for my Dad and myself for my mother's funeral this Saturday one for 9-4 and 9-5 they let the stylist go and can't get us booked with anyone else. I definitely will not be returning and disappointed on how they handled the situation. Just kind of a "sorry we can't do anything"

Fantastic experience: I won’t go anywhere else now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Heather does a great job and doesn’t just rush through the cut to get to the next one. The owner is very friendly also. The owner takes care of her employees which is hard to find someone that actually cares about there employees. Definitely give this place a try you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Fantastic experience: Tessa cut my 13 year old son’s hair and she did great!!! She listened to what he wanted and helped with styling advice. It is a huge relief to have someone that is knowledgeable and skilled for boys haircuts! It’s so important at his age to have good hair. :)

Negative experience: my mother in law brought my son there yesterday and paid close to $40 for a Childs hair cut and she ruined my sons hair! I'm extremely disappointed in this place! She told him it was too long and the front of it isn't straight at all! i am very upset about this! Wasted $37 for a cut that i now need to pay to fix! i don't know what the deal is with this place i thought the person before would know how his hair needs to be cut but i am very very unhappy!!

Fantastic experience: My teenage son has a cowlick at the front of his hairline and usually it's overlooked, and the hair is cut too short while wet. When it dries, the hair is really short in that area. Being at the front of his face, it drives him crazy that his hair doesn't lay straight. Shelby M did an amazing job paying attention to how his cowlick laid when dry and cut it accordingly. He loves his new haircut! Thank you, Shelby!!

If she can sculpt my humble head into a masterpiece (let’s face it, that’s a miracle), then she can transform anyone. Her meticulous attention to detail means not a single hair escapes her artistry. Fantastic experience: This was my first haircut at the barber shop Paper Rock Clippers. Staff is very inviting as well as phone calls to ask about openings available. Largely it is best and easiest to book online. The Shop has a warm ambience which is also relaxing. Space is not crowded despite the number of employees and customers. Time waiting was prompt with just a few minutes wait. Choosing a barber stylist, I'm assuming, is a choice you likely can't go wrong with! Albeit I feel my booking with Kristin was the right one. She has a kind and calm demeanor and made the time getting my trim seem more relaxing with great conversation! In addition to the comforting haircut, the hair wash and hot towel was very nice! Leaving the facility my kid was pleased and I was too with the result especially when my kiddo has hair whorls that everyone seems to struggle with making a hair cut look good, now he looks handsome and presentable. Real clean and welcoming shop, no high pressure sales for products (but they are offered), and everyone greets you when you walk in. Been a couple times and Harley does not disappoint: great cut, good conversations, and positive vibes the whole time. I will not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I followed my stylist of 20+ years to Rock Paper Clippers. I’ve been twice now and they do not disappoint. The owner is so incredibly welcoming, and has created a comfortable environment with great services and stylists.

Negative experience: Edit: I did talk to the owner and explain already over text message. There is a “new” policy about children getting haircuts which was explained to me in a very rude way after the point where I would have been charged anyways if I left. I would absolutely not recommend taking a child here.

Fantastic experience: Harley is so wonderful with my son. He struggles with social anxiety and haircuts have been a challenge at times. She is so patient and great with him!!! We had our second visit with her yesterday and when we left he said “I actually really like getting my haircut by her, she is so nice.” His haircut looks great too!!!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here after having bad haircuts for over a year now. I’m very anxious at new places due to this. Katie greeted me and was very welcoming and personable. When it was my turn I showed her several pictures and told her I wanted to try something I’ve never done. Her warm welcome made me feel comfortable going for it. She explained every step of the way what she was doing and was detailed about it. To say she’s the best is an understatement! I asked for a hug because I was beyond happy I could’ve cried. Thanks for making me feel like a million bucks for the first time in over a year. Have already scheduled my next appt with her and hopefully this place will become my new “home” for haircuts!!! Highly recommend this great place. Should be noted it’s a very welcoming and comfy seating environment too!

Fantastic experience: I love going to RPS, is so clean, smells great and play good music plus you can watch your best shows on the TV; my hairstylist Tessa is amazing, she cuts my hair better than I expected, she clean my eyebrows and the scalp massages with a warm towel on my faces are very relaxing, come and visit them so you can enjoy a good haircut but the full experience, thanks RPS.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our sons here to get their haircuts for about a year now. I recently scheduled a beard style. I was nervous about what style to do or how good the stylist would be. Katie was great! She really visualized what I wanted and made me look good! She made me feel at ease about getting my beard styled and she answered all my questions about the daily care of my beard! I will only let her trim my beard from now on.....or any of the other ladies there! Definitely recommend not only for the way they treat my sons, but now they are the exclusive trimmer of my beard!!

Love that I can book an appointment in advance vs. having to put up with app waiting lists and hoping the place is not packed with would be walk-ins. Great selection of salon products as well!

Fantastic experience: It has been a while since I’ve been satisfied with a haircut and Tessa knocked it out of the park yesterday. She was thorough, she actually knows how to do a fade, the top of my hair isn’t a bulky mess, and she literally showed me the guards she was using when doing the fade. Also she washed my hair like it was a massage. I’d recommend Tessa to anyone who wants a clean and professional haircut. I’ll be going back to her for sure.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rock, Paper, Clippers for a little over a year now. My previous experiences had been with the various, lower priced chains, and I was struggling to get a consistently good cut, as well as get a cut in a reasonable time (they didn't do appointments). I got my first cut here with Tessa, and I am so happy with her work. She does a great job every time, she's made suggestions on how to improve what I'm getting, and she's very accommodating when the unexpected holds me up. The price is a bit more than the chains, but it is well worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Rock, Paper Clippers, and Tessa to anyone looking for a great quality, men's hair cut.

Negative experience: Try to book an appointment, but was required to give a credit card over the phone. I have had my cc number stolen twice. I don't know who I am talking what they will do with information. What if I wanted to pay cash. Was told no, thank you, and she hung up. Oh well plenty of places will take my money.

Negative experience: I told my stylist that I did not like the appointment system . I was just trying to maybe come up with some ideas as people sometimes can't make appointments. I always tipped exceptionally well and was very kind to my stylist. I was told through an email two weeks later that I am no longer welcome to this establishment. Are kidding me . I have never been banned from an establishment . The stylist also made an appointment for two weeks out when I left . Watch out for a place that claims to be christian but does not act accordingly. I also reached out to the gentleman that emailed me and no response. I really have no idea why I am banned . I have my thoughts as to why and it has to do with other reasons then stated above . This place does not like outsiders . If you are different in ethnicity and or from a different place other than Missouri be advised!
