Positive experience: Good service & barber is very respectful. The environment inside is very light hearted. Been going to this place for more than 4yrs. Same barber keeping me fresh & clean everytime. Prices never change. he fades are sharp, the lineups are crisp, and the overall craftsmanship reflects real skill. You can tell the barbers take pride in their work rather than rushing through appointments. This is the kind of barbershop you come back to regularly because you know the results will be solid every time.

Negative experience: The reviews on here are not genuine. They ask you to remove your honest review, only to “fix and apologize for the inconvenience,” and then go right back to the same unprofessional attitude once the review is gone. They take clients based on their own needs and preferences. This is not a place for family haircuts, and they definitely do not give you “next level” service or treatment. Sometimes, it’s better to find a place that’s not so hyped, because you’ll get better service, better treatment, and stability — which, in the end, is worth so much more than the “perfect haircut.”

Fantastic experience: I am here on Vacation for the holidays visiting family. I chose the location and barber based on reviews. I am Puerto Rican with mixed curly hair. I chose Francisco and he did a great job. He was so gentle on the head, easy going, meticulous and welcoming. If I lived here I would definitely go back. The shop was clean, and I liked that the barbers respected the times of customers who made appointments. My only feedback would be is to make the appointments more customizable with payment and tips. I don't mind paying up front for the cost, but would like a choice of how much to tip after the cut. I would have tipped more after the cut. =)

Fantastic experience: Brought my son Alex in for a new fresh look and cut, my son has currly ass hair it's really tough to cut. Made a appointment with Adrian on Saturday, he took us in Sunday and gave my son a really nice mid fade. Put into perspective that my son had 8 inches or more of wild out of control curls that are super difficult to style and cut. Adrian talked to my son and made him feel so comfortable that my son let him take the style in his own hands, note that my son is very picky and shy,, Adrian killed it! He did a amazing job on him. I gave him a nice tip because I can finally see my son's face and the cut is so on point! Thank you Adrian for giving my son that confidence he had but needed someone to bring it out. After his shower and his favorite curl Smith product it was just 110%.. i wish i took a before pic to show you all, my word does no justice but this was an Amazing place, staff was cool, Sunday football on TV, I saw old men , young men , kids, all go in while I was there. Fantastic experience: Juan’s been cutting hair for over 15 years and it shows! I came in as a walk in and Juan did exactly what I wanted and then some. Great pricing for quality cuts and attention to detail. The new location is awesome, and atmosphere is dope. It looks like the shop is in an old remodeled YMCA building with different suites including a skateboard shop and a coffee shop that’s being added soon. Some days they’ll have live music in the same building which definitely sets this place apart from your regular barber shop. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Was a walk in as it close to my pad so wanted to try it out due to their name. Wanted a mid fade with tapered edges, not going to name names but younger guys don’t know how to fade or lineup your edges and should not be cutting hair in that case

Negative experience: Walked Out: Ignored and Unattended" My experience at Next Level Barbershop was so disappointing that I didn't even stay for a haircut. Despite patiently waiting for 1.5 hours, the staff continued to ignore those without appointments. Became evident that customer service was not a priority. Frustrated and unattended, I made the decision to walk out without even getting a haircut. A barbershop that neglects customers, especially those without appointments, is not worth anyone's time. My advice: look elsewhere for a place that values its customers and provides a basic level of service.

Negative experience: If I can give negative stars i would I set a appointment at 730 got a uber ride to get dropped off only to be told that my barber wasn't there for a emergency when I could've gotten a heads up but the cherry on top was when I asked for the barber that were the veterans of that spot told me to go upstairs to talk to that person .. they literally threw me at the apprentice for her to tell me the news and say I can give you a cut in over a hour cause I'm new. Very unprofessional screw this spot waste of money and time especially b4 the holidays
