Fantastic experience: WENDI WENDI WEDNI Wendi with an (i) favorite barber, even better person. All barbers at OTB are top notch so you’re lucky either way. Wendi has made me look pretty since the start, at least that’s what my mother tells me. Old Town Barbers is the place to be! Leave a tip for the shop and grab a beer while you wait. Sit and listen to the funny bs convos life throws at every human that walks in that awesome Barber Shop. It’s a little therapeutic but don’t go in there telling everyone all your problems Thank you Wendi!

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Wendi for about a year now with my son and she does a great job on both of our haircuts and cleaning up my beard. She works efficiently which I appreciate with a busy schedule and she’s always easy to talk to and friendly. The quality of the haircut is great especially for the value and environment of the shop feels welcoming and positive as well. Highly recommend this barbershop and specifically Wendi if you want a professional experience.

Fantastic experience: Took our child here for his first time haircut. What a great experience, our barber was super friendly and patient with our child. Our barber even gave us a Hot Wheel toy car, a first time haircut certificate and!... a little bag to put his baby hair in. I wouldn't have even thought of such a cool gesture. Sadly I forgot the babers name. Overall a great experience with a cool atmosphere.

It's very lay back and you can even grab a beer while you wait. Wendi is my barber and she has been taking great care of me for a lot of years now. She is very good at what she does and is the BEST barber I've had ever!

Negative experience: Ive tried it twice already and they are to worried about the next guest and dont pay attention to what you ask them to do. Ive ask twice already that I just need my beard cleaned up, do not cut the beard and the first thing they do is cut it. My wife came in to tell them how we want it because I volunteered to be Santa Claus. The guy told her who is getting a hair cut him or you. I will never go back nor recommend anyone to that place.

Negative experience: this place sucks!!! slow careless rude arrogant barbers yelling loud about their personal lives using profanity around children! their conversations stop them from focusing on the customers cut request. have some decency and don’t cuss when they’re kids around!!!!! no matter who you get or what kind of a cut you request, they cut the the only way they know. took my son and they messed up his hair and mine. two different barbers! no respect for your time either as their personal conversation are endless slowing the cut. nerve going back!

If I knew it was going to be a haircut and paid $35 for it I would not have came in the first place. It's not even and I'm really not satisfied with my hair cut. Positive experience: Lots of chairs and barbers so it was a short wait. However the haircut I got was nothing like what I asked for and showed pictures of. That being said it wasn't a bad haircut just not what I asked for.

Negative experience: I just got the worst haircut! I said exactly what I wanted.I said don't touch the length on top as I am growing it out. Just clean up the sides and neck. I reminded him when he was checking the length on the sides while pulling some of the top that hangs over the side. He took off 2 inches off the top. I stopped him and asked why. He had a dumb answer. Someone else did what they could. No charge at least. Would have been thrilled to pay and give a nice tip if I got what I wanted. Back to hats I guess.
