Greeted fast, treated like they've known you a long time wether a new client or a regular. Great atmosphere, relax and enjoy a drink while you wait. No need to sit in the barber chair for an hour for a fade like most places, 30 minutes and comes out Great. Always happy. Great prices. No airbrushing, no enhancements just a great fade and skills.

Fantastic experience: I always get my haircuts with Alex, the manager, and he’s hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. Every time I walk in, he’s super welcoming, he also remembers my previous haircuts, the exact style I like, and even our past conversations. It feels less like a quick appointment and more like catching up with a friend who happens to be a master of his craft. Alex and his crew know how to listen, they all offer great suggestions, and deliver a perfect cut every single time. On top of that, they are extremely professional, and the stations are cleaner than a hospital. If you want a barber who actually cares about you and your look, O’hairs is the one.

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to leave a review! I've been seeing Ally for over a year now and every time I leave with a great haircut. The waiting area is nice and there are drinks for the adults and arcade games for the kids.

Negative experience: Waited for 30 min. No one at front to greet me just a sign that says have seat... 25 min later after enduring 3 unattended screeming kids I check on line and see an option to book Finally a young woman comes to front desk and verified I have an appointment at 130. I ask about if the facility takes walkin clients instead of answering my question she tells me she has already taken 2 extra clients. Also does not even know the same of other stylist in the room has to leave and vairy My time was wasted. Better off at sport clips

Positive experience: The place is nice but Ally really butchered my head. I asked for a low fade and to cut the top to where I could lay it straight down on my forehead. She gave me something closer to a high fade and tore my hair up. One side is long and the other is super short (I guess she thought I would be combing it over) but on the short side there’s a plethora of hairs hanging lower than others due to sloppy work with the thinning shears. I also had long hairs she missed on my side burns. She’s a nice girl but there’s no way I’d get cut by her again, especially not for 30 dollars. I really haven’t been this embarrassed to walk around with a haircut in the 6 years I’ve been in El Paso.

Fantastic experience: Been going to OHairs for over a year and cannot praise the job. Ally has been the only person who has cut my hair and she has done a fantastic job. Always very thorough and great attention to detail.

Negative experience: Walked in and got a haircut from ally. She cut quick but a little too quick. She didn’t really listen to what I wanted. I said I wanted to keep the length in the back untouched but that was the first thing she cut and she went high up on the crown of my head. End result wasn’t bad looking but I ended up buzzing my head at home because it wasn’t what I wanted. She was very nice though! I’m sure they do better cuts but also it’s not acceptable to just ignore the clients requests. Probably won’t be back

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience here from calling for an appointment, to meeting the owner Jason, and receiving service from Alex. This is not just a place for a haircut, but a full-service concierge environment from everyone you encounter. The waiting area is very peaceful with TVs and arcade machines. Beverages are available to make the experience as relaxing as possible. Customer service is extremely professional and comforting, especially from Jason and Alex. Alex is a phenomenal stylist that takes time and effort to understand your goals while suggesting ways he can implement his experience. Speaking to him made me very confident in exceeding my prior boundaries because of how much I trusted his craftsmanship and the way he was able to articulate his reasoning on what he wanted to do in order to reach my goals. The wash and hot towels at the end just wrapped up the overall sublime experience.

Always concerned about asking for fade, given I don’t want to have it look too juvenile. Alex took the time to understand what it is I wanted, and never backed down on asking questions to get a holistic understanding of the hairstyle I was after. Great conversationalist, but also respectful when no conversation was taking place. Excellent work, and it is clear is very dedicated in his craft. All done efficiently, out within half an hour of arrival. Highly recommend to choose him the first/next time you visit.

Negative experience: Very nice location, clean and well taken care of. Available appointments online are accessible and easy to book. Hopefully my experience is not something that occurs often. I try my hardest to see things from all sides, however the customer service and haircut I received was sub par at best. They had a domestic occurrence that morning and I understand that was out of their control. But, Instead of being rescheduled, I was rushed through my haircut and handed off to another barber after a very poor fade and cut halfway through. The new barber did his best to fix the mistakes made but he also had clients show up for their appointment. I had to go back inside after seeing some obvious mistakes and the other barber fixed what I asked (I didn't see the other mistakes until later) and sent me on my way. Still made to pay full price and given a brief apology and nothing more. There was already others showing up for their appointments and the original barber started their next appointment while I was still there. Extremely frustrating and I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I unfortunately can't recommend this location if they are just rushing customers through appointments and still expect them to pay full price.

Fantastic experience: I want to say that Jewels is mine and my son’s barber and she is very approachable and carries on great conversation. I have been getting haircuts every 2 weeks for the last 20 plus years and she has been the only on to give me recommendations for my hair and now she is our family barber. I also want to say that I you to jewels for taking her time with my son he had autism so it take some one with patience and that can think outside the box to find ways to do something. She is the only person that has been able to get him to sit in a chair and allow her to cut his hair. I just want to say thank you to O’hairs management and to Jewels for the impact on me and my son

Fantastic experience: After growing my hair out for the past six years, I decided it was finally time to chop it all off. I happened across O'Hairs and thought it looked like a cool place, and after seeing their website I was impressed with how reasonable the prices were. So I booked a family package for me and my nephew. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and proceeded to play one of the free arcade games while we waited. It was a short wait (highly recommend booking in advance) and before long my nephew was in the chair awaiting his somewhat detailed request. Our barber Alex exceeded all expectations, both with the kid's fade with a design and my first haircut in over 6 years. After all was said and done we were both impressed and pleased with our cuts, and the whole experience as a whole. He even told his dad that Alex wasn't just a barber, he was an expert haha. Which I'd have to agree with. All in all I highly recommend O'Hairs and just as much recommend Alex as a barber.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a person that truly knew how to trim a beard, after about 7 months and well over 10 different stylist’s and barber’s. I decided to try out O’hairs, I’m so happy that I did! Juno trimmed my beard and was the first person that ever did, a truly good job on my beard. I have been going there now for 4 months, Juno is still the only person that I will let trim my beard now. She does a great job every time and every time she trim’s my beard, she does an even better job than before. Juno has also helped me to find the right beard oils and cream, that works best for me. She now is trimming both my beard and my hair, I’m very pleased with O’hairs and especially the help from Juno. Thank’s keep it up!!!

Fantastic experience: Let me just say, I don’t just let just anyone cut my hair. This place was recommended to me by a friend. So I check it out and get Juno to cut my hair and get a beard trim. Juno really went above and beyond to make sure my hair was perfect in my eyes. Also my beard now has straighter lines than the sidewalk so extra points for that. Before I know it I’m done unlike El Paso construction. I go to leave all of the sudden my phone starts blowing up, it’s my ex asking to get back together. I ignore it and get my “errands” done. I acquire some new digits along the way. My god the new hair cut was working already. I felt like a brand new man and my hair was soft, like a silk bag full of puppy ears. My hair was more slick than the floor at Diddys house. For once in my puny insignificant life I was the main character. I 10/10 would recommend Juno and her genius hands to bless you as well!
