Fantastic experience: I just had the most incredible experience at this barbershop. The vibe is super family-oriented—it's a place you can easily bring your kids—and Genesis, my barber, with her Puerto Rican and Latino heritage, gave me the most authentic and beautiful haircut. I felt seen, and I left feeling amazing. I highly recommend Genesis and this shop!

Fantastic experience: I found this spot last minute before my son started school. My son's regularly barber had an issue and couldn't see my son, and he was starting school the next day. I came to this spot and H took us last minute, right away, he was so nice, he educated me and my son on the cut we should get and what we should do for his future cuts. He's a really cool guy and he does great work! My son decided to keep going to H!

Fantastic experience: I visited BarberTime at Frankford & Rhawn for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! My appointment was scheduled for 4 PM, but I arrived about 15 minutes late. Despite my tardiness, I was helped within 10-15 minutes of arriving, which was much appreciated. Mo was my barber, and he did an excellent job. He took the time to ask questions and make sure the cut was exactly what I wanted. The service was professional, and I left feeling very satisfied with my haircut. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at Barber Time and Adnan did a great job on my son’s fade. He was very friendly, detailed and didn’t take long at all. From the time he started I could see he was skilled. The other barber did great on his client also. I’m glad I discovered this shop and look forward to bringing my son here regularly.

Negative experience: “I had an extremely disappointing experience at BARBER TIMES 2 I went in with clear instructions and even showed pictures of the style I wanted, but what I walked out with was nowhere near what I asked for. The stylist seemed rushed and careless, ignoring my input throughout the process. My hair ended up uneven, choppy, and far shorter than I requested. I’m now stuck trying to grow it out or spend more money elsewhere to fix it. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be returning.”

The barbers are understanding and friendly so if you're the talking type they'll converse with you, but if you want it to be a silent process they'll focus solely on the job. Every time I go it's by appointment but while there I always see the owner try and get walk ins attended to as quickly as possible. The go-to whenever in need of a cut

Negative experience: I took my son there yesterday and showed the guy what my son wanted, long on the top and short in the back, he cut the top short and said "this looks better than the picture. " I don't care what he thinks looks better it's about what my son wanted, it will now takes months for him to grow the top out to where he wants it. I told him beforehand that we have problems with barbers cutting too much off and he did the exact same thing, why do barbers do this? He also made a comment about 2 other boys who were upset that week about their hair being too short. He also took a couple vIdeo calls while cutting his hair. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Best haircut I’ve gotten in my entire life. I indeed found my new permanent barber. He faded my scalp with precision and he gave me exactly what I wanted. The treatment I received was amazing and he started cutting my hair exactly the time of my appointment. I used to go to SuperCuts and I’m gonna go here forever. I was feeling so good I tipped the guy 50 bucks!! I went home and showed my wife and let’s just say she was diggin’ it.

He’s patient, professional, very respectful and he squeezes my kids in last minute when needed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but him.

Negative experience: First and last time coming here. I‘ve heard a lot of good things about this place but Appointments clearly don’t matter here, you will be waiting for over an hour with an appointment made! Made an appointment for 6pm but the owner was able to get me in earlier at 5:30pm. I arrive at 5:15pm but was waiting until 6:30pm! At that point I left. Owner needs to work on time management.
