Every time I walk in and sit in her chair, I don’t even have to explain what I want. She just gets right to work nails it every time. I leave looking like I have my life together, even if I absolutely do not. If you’re not booking with Devin, that’s on you. Five stars!

1 month ago Negative experience: I will not return to this place. Been going here 3 years no problems. Good results and good people. Brittany H. was so rude numerous times. Once making a unrelated comment like 'keeping up with joneses' after I said a story on my own life. She was combative to everything I said for some reason?? can't list all the examples. I wanted to get up and leave. Even though I informed her that my wife and I had recently lost the baby we were expecting, she ended the haircut by saying I'd not understand the pain of losing a pet. Thanks Brittany, try to learn how to communicate to all of your customers.

3 months ago Negative experience: I just had a haircut from Brittany and it was the Worst experience I’ve ever had in any hair cut. She was rough and and hitting my head by going too quick cause she was behind. When I asked her to be more gentle. She condescendingly asked me if I ever got a haircut before. Then she got angry and began cutting my hair with aggression. She kept telling me she’s not doing anything and kept sarcastically asking me if I’m okay. She was going so hard it kept making my head move and she kept telling me to stop moving. While moving my head back in place only to ram the clippers into the back of my head again. Making me jerk away in pain. On for her to tell me stop moving. I’m honestly so pissed I can’t believe it.

4 months ago Fantastic experience: First timer at Jude's. Got seen right away even though I was early. Michael was excellent. I did a terrible job explaining the haircut I wanted, but he figured it out, was patient, and checked in as he went along. Also super easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

4 months ago Negative experience: upset with the online scheduling program. It has screwed up two appointments for me. It’s absolutely horrible. Tried to pond me off on someone else and wait 40 minutes. I think I’m gonna look around Grand Rapids for other opportunities.

7 months ago Negative experience: Today was the 4th time Brittany, the assistant manager at the Eastown location, squeezed in a walk-in client before my appointment. I waited an extra 25 minutes to be seen this time. The longest I'd spent waiting has been around 40 minutes. My suggestion for this location: try a little harder to make your customers feel like they're valued. I didn't feel valued today.

1 year ago Negative experience: For a THIRD time, I have showed up early for a scheduled appointment and had to walk out after surpassing my appt time by 20 minutes. The staff gives no updates and no apologies. Do not understand the point of scheduling an appt if they are not within even 20 minutes of the scheduled time. The online system should absolutely be spreading out "available" times by 15-20 minutes more. Very frustrating and have not experienced at any other location.
