Negative experience: Stopped in for a haircut...detailed what I wanted. Was told that barbers don't uses scissors in Tennessee. But he has been using trimmers for 25 years. Long and short of it...terrible haircut and then asked if I wanted to round up the $21 to $25. This place is a joke. Just go to the PX same lazy job just cheaper.

Positive experience: Walked in took a number. Within 5 minutes I was in a chair. The only thing I saw, was a lot of chit chat between barbers which is fine unless someone is in a hurry.

Negative experience: Worst haircut I ever had. The girl in the right for corner is horrible. My hair is standing up. I wanted a medium taper block in the back. She didn't even shave my neck. HELLO! BARBER SHOPS SHAVE!!!!! This cost me 25 dollars. I will never go there again.

Fantastic experience: I've had a hard time finding a good barbershop with a good atmosphere and even better work since moving from Georgia. Tried out Bo's today and I've definitely found my spot. Bryan absolutely killed it. It's obvious that these barbers care about their work. Definitely going back and definitely recommending this place to everyone.

Negative experience: The guy on the left 3rd chair did not take his time at all it literally to this guy 1 to 2 minutes to cut my hair Hair cut was totally bad he also did not make sure my line up was straight basically he got a free 21 off me don't see why it was 1 extra dollar charged for me either I will not be returning here ever again

Negative experience: I’ve never had a problem with this place until now. I go in to get normal HAIR cut. Out of nowhere she shaves my eyebrows shortening them. This made me furious. Never in a million years would I think a barber would shave my eyebrows without my permission. If I wanted to get pretty eyebrows I would go get them waxed or something. There is a reason people don’t go to barbers for an eyebrow shave. Next time at least ask the person if they want an eyebrow shave and don’t just do it out of nowhere because this is unexplainable. I liked my eyebrows how they were. Now they’re shorter. Thank you for that

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! The Buisness is great but if you have a 1 year old who needs a haircut I DO NOT recommend the girl in the corner with the finger tattoos. She was the rudest person I’ve ever been around when it comes to customer service. In the beginning I tried to let my child watch his favorite show so he would sit still. She said, “no we don’t need that. If I can’t do it without the phone then I can’t do my job”. Well she said it first she does not know how to do her job when it comes to children at all. My son’s hair couldn’t look any worse than it does right now. She told me to back away from my son while he was getting his hair cut. Who says that? As soon as I came next to him he calmed down. Just because it’s close to closing doesn’t mean you have to be so awful. 2 minutes in he started getting fussy and she threw her hands up and said sorry that’s it can’t do this if he’s going to act like that. Then maybe do not do kid cuts if you can’t handle it because now my son looks a mess and we’re going to find someone else who isn’t miserable. The most disappointing part was we watched a lady in the other corner do a kids cut and she was the sweetest thing and that’s what we were expecting to get too. Well we were wrong and what we got was far from that and not called for. Hand down the worst hairdresser I have ever met. (We still tipped her because we aren’t monsters so I hope she reflects on herself and the buisness does something about that because she shouldn’t do kids cuts EVER).

Negative experience: They’re always slammed at 6 when they open and it’s always one barber working. If you’re going to be the only barbershop around open at 6 am maybe schedule more barbers to work so people don’t wait and hour and a half

Fantastic experience: Our 1st time in was an amazing experience. Bo’s son(I forgot to ask his name) cut my son’s hair & did a wonderful job. He took his time, made sure he was giving him the cut that we wanted & was sooo kind.

Positive experience: I’ve been coming here for the last 4 1/2 years and figured I’d leave a review now that I’m PCS’ing. There is a great group of barbers here. So great that it didn’t matter whom cut my hair I always left satisfied. I will say there is a few individuals where inconsistency happens. I always had the luck of getting the same barber several times in a row. My first cut would be great and then the next cut I wouldn’t leave 100% satisfied. This has happened on numerous occasions with several different barbers. My Final Cut however I am leaving with a nice cut so no complaints. Also, some barbers use the straight razor while others don’t which I hated. I came here to begin with because I was told always a straight razor. These few issues started happening in the last 1- 1 1/2 years. Overall great experience and satisfaction which is why I still gave 4 stars. If I return to Fort Campbell this will still be my go to.

Negative experience: Very rude, condescending and disrespectful towards my wife and I. I just wanted a simple haircut and a woman there made a huge ordeal about where I parked. Meanwhile she parked in a handicap spot (without any tags to prove it) and didn’t say anything about a motorcycle taking up a regular spot. I normally don’t have an experience like this there but I won’t be going back. She definitely made what should have been a very simple thing into something highly frustrating and made us feel very unwelcomed. I left without getting my haircut. If I could do zero stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Always an amazing haircut by Brian. He’s quite literally the best barber in the area. The best consistent cut, friendly, quick, and not expensive. Perfect job as always.

Negative experience: These old heads in here take what you ask for and throw it completely out the window 1 because they are too lazy to pull out different guards and 2 because they don’t like what you ask for. I like to have long hair and when I go in and ask for a low taper and blend it in a little and I walk out with a high and tight it messes up my whole month. I HATE this place. The staff is more worried about their phones than an actual good haircut. If you are just looking to get in and out this is the shop for you.

Negative experience: This used to be a great place. Always had a lot of barbers. Not sure what happened, but a lot of great barbers left. Now the good ones have long waits while the other guys take 30 minutes to shave a head because they are talking to each other. Not even talking to the freaking customer! It’s always the same ones unfortunately. Maybe when they finally leave, my family will go back.

Fantastic experience: Genessa is absolutely amazing for special needs kiddos with sensory quirks! She is the only person our spd 5 year old will happily allow hair cuts with! She is so understanding and sweet of his personality. The other stylists always do amazing for our older boys as well.

Negative experience: WARNING IF YOU HAVE AFRO-TEXTURED HAIR OR KINKY HAIR PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ASK FOR A BARBER USED THOSE HAIRSTYLES I'm sorry this place deserves a higher rating but there was this one old barber I gave a chance and he had an attitude and gave me the worst haircut of my life line up work was garbage and didn't shape up my hair and cut so much of my hair off even though I didn't ask him to. I asked him for a simple medium fade and a shape up with a line up and to take a little off the top he cut so much off the just the front I can see my scalp throughly upset with the service never coming back here again See pictures below

Positive experience: Haircuts are hit or miss. Some barbers are great at what they do, and others are mediocre. A few times I would see how botched my hair was after the fact and fix it myself.

I walked in a man was there to instantly help me which was awesome but once I sat in the chair instantly turned into a d***.he asked what I wanted with my hair I said a gentlemen cut and he then proceeded to yell so the whole barber shop could hear about my hair cut style and apparently I was wrong when I easily googled a gentlemens cut and he tried to say it's a military haircut where there is no hair anywhere and I will have to say out of everywhere I've been I'd rather have basic cut my hair again today my hair and head hurt . Not worth the time or money.

Fantastic experience: After moving here from Oklahoma I was in need of a new barber, it’s a sacred relationship that can’t be taken lightly, after visiting a few shops in town, Bo’s stuck out to me, great place, great people, ask for BILL!

Fantastic experience: We always come to Bo’s and we always bring family and friends when they ask where to go but today was different. Today we brought our 3 year old son. Our son has been here several times before but he is always anxious and nervous and we settle for a scissor cut for a quick and easy trip. Today, we had Jennifer and she was fantastic. She took the time to allow my son to watch his dad get his haircut and let him desensitize to the sound of the clippers while he waited for daddy to finish up. When the time came, she was able to cut his hair with the clippers fir the first time ever. Jennifer was patient, flexible and understanding as she worked around my son and his nervousness. By far the best experience we have had at Bo’s. Jennifer, thank you for your services today. We hope to see you again in the future. Faye, and the Bo’s crew, keep her around, because she is awesome!

Negative experience: This place is usually great. However I just received the worst haircut of my life. I asked for a two on the sides. I got a one faded all the way up. I look like a mushroom. I said nothing off the top. Well the fade took care of that. One side of my beard was faded for some reason and the other not. Not everyone here can cut hair. I should have walked out when I didn’t see the people that usually cut my hair.

Positive experience: I take back what I said. Everybody here can't cut hair. The fade was not faded at all. But what are you supposed to do. Tell them to fix it?? Cause they couldn't the first time? Don't go at peak hours. Although I had 20 people in front of me the wait wasn't as bad as you'd think. Super quick cut, but cut well.

Negative experience: Honestly if your military looking for a haircut you would get a better cut from the px ladies, I asked for a mid fade and got the whole top cut which I specifically told her not to do and no my hair looks like a 4 year old cut it I’m honestly tempted to just buzz my whole head at this point. If your military I have no clue why this isn’t black listed. STAY AWAY…..

Positive experience: Overall an excellent place, there is a bit of interpretation between barbers on what you ask for though. I've had good haircuts and great haircuts here, never bad ones. If you don't want them to Bic the side of your head ask for a shadow fade, not a high fade. Very pro military. Very friendly staff. I've been a repeat customer for over 3 years.

Positive experience: Always crowded when I go here, but with multiple barbers the wait is never long. I always get exactly what I ask for when getting my haircut, although this last time they nicked the side of my head when using the straight razor above my ear. The atmosphere is great, very pro military themed as well as the clientele consisting mostly of soldiers so it's perfect. My regular haircut was $17 plus tip.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing haircuts. Hands down the best place to get a haircut around Fort Campbell. They also did an amazing job on my son’s hair (was one year old when getting his first haircut here). They have the patience and work well to accommodate my son who’s scared of the clippers. Caitlin is the only barber that I will let fade me up, she is very friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. If your looking for one of the best barber shops in town this is the place to be.

Negative experience: Normally the barbers are really professional and skilled with their craft when it comes to cutting. The clarification for timelines needs to be updated. They post updated information on their white-board outside. Everything on it states dates specifically, and google states times as well. With this being said, I’ve seen about 15 plus personnel arrive this morning around 0730 to beat the power curve and leave from irritation. It turns out they don’t open till 0900 on Sunday. Their main sign says it, but their white-board and google states 0800. Fix it, guys.

Positive experience: Place has done good with haircuts but havent had any of the newer barbers. The wait is too long. I've tried several different times of day and different days of the week. Hasnt made any difference. I really like this place but spending 2 hours for a haircut just isnt something I'm willing to do.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to Bo’s for almost two years, since I moved to Clarksville. Normally I would give them 4 out of 5 stars. Never had a bad experience there, relatively good haircut. This last time I went there, they had a new barber which is fine, but they did an absolutely terrible job, to the point multiple people have comment, “what happen!” I understand she’s new and needs learn, but cutting a customer 3 times is unacceptable. Never once did she or anyone who works there say sorry or it’s my first time or even bother to offer a discount. I absolutely will not be returning or recommending this place anymore.

Positive experience: My husband and son love this barber....they get the same every time and its always timely, looks good & clean.

Positive experience: Good cuts. Fair price. I don’t recommend a face shave. I’ve had two and the barbers use cheap triple or double blade razors and overwork your skin. They also put a hot rag on my face after the shave. I had never felt so bad from a face shave. I was expecting a straight razor shave. I guess that what I get for assuming you can get a straight razor shave for $25.
