I was greeted right away and even given a quick tour, which made it feel more like a high-end spa experience than just a regular barbershop. Jack was my barber and absolutely crushed it. He took his time, and paid attention to the details, You can tell he really cares about his craft. The whole atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and built specifically for men to unwind while getting top-tier service.Highly recommend booking with Jack if you’re looking for a fresh cut and an overall great experience. The stylist was amazing I can't remember her name but she was fantastic! The products they use smell devine! I ended up buying some sweet tabacco wax for my new look (went from long hair back to short) the attention to detail was perfect I look forward to trying more services here! Update: Went in and had an appointment with Galilea! Got steller classic cut! And tried a classic facial, which was very refreshing and relaxing I about fell asleep. Another great visit! Fantastic experience: We love Hammer & Nails at the Summit! My husband likes the way they shape and maintain his beard, and the wide range of services offered. They’ve also been giving my son stylish haircuts for years (he’s 7 and loves the atmosphere - makes him feel like a little man himself). The owners are amazing, we love the front staff, especially Sonai, and all the barbers/stylists. We had Miguel the last few times and he’s awesome. It’s clean, has a fun little bar and lounge area, and always smells great. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been using the same hair stylist for many years, even after moving states. I went in today for a last minute appointment and was happy to be seen as I desperately needed a cut. I was and am throughly impressed with this establishment’s services, atmosphere, employees and most of all the hair cut itself from Galilea! I actually am going back later on today again for some of their other offered services and can’t wait for it!

Fantastic experience: First time here. Not one for the upscale places but as soon as I walked in I was met by Amelia who was awesome and took me on a tour. We had a great conversation about sports and other things while she made me a drink (or 2). Ellie’s came to get me a little late for my appointment but it was fine as I was having a good time. Melrose took great care of me. I came in for a shave and she did a fantastic job again great conversation. Even styled my hair for me so I didn’t have to put my hat back on. This may be more expensive then some of the other chains in the area but what they thrive on is the customer service. Fully recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and a very classy setting. They did an excellent job with my haircut, paying close attention to detail and delivering a polished result. The overall experience feels premium from start to finish, with a comfortable and well curated environment. A top tier grooming spot and highly recommended.

Negative experience: I took my son to get his haircut today, I made an appointment for their “classic Cut” because it seemed like a good fit for what he needed according to the description on their website. When he showed the hairstylist she went to work, after she was “done” she came out and told us she did something similar because she had another appointment and she was out of time. She also told him she “owed him the shampoo and scalp massage”. We basically went there to get a half haircut he didn’t want and half service as listed on their website. The hair stylist told us next time she suggests getting the premium cut instead. If she would have came out ahead of the hair cut and told us that we would have been fine and gone somewhere else. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money for the haircut after calling, however now i have to find someone to fix the lazy hair stylists haircut. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get your hair cut.

Fantastic experience: I had the great pleasure of visiting Hammer and Nails for a haircut and they turned me from a first-visit customer to a return customer. I couldn’t help but notice how nice, helpful, and prompt Kim (the manager) was. She was a delight to speak to on the phone and when I was in the salon, she was cool, calm, and collected despite being very busy. She gave me the membership sales pitch in a friendly, non-pushy way. I really appreciated that. Then I met Kimmy, my stylist. Wow!!!! I am so happy I did. She gave me the most amazing hair cut I’ve had in a long time. Her attention to detail, her precision, and her expertise are things I’ve been looking for in other stylists for years but haven’t found…. Until today. She is my new stylist for sure! The facilities are top notch and any guy can appreciate the setup they have…. TVs at every station, big screens in the lounge, big screens in the mani/pedi area. Full bar; both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. To top it off… all for a reasonable price. I’m beyond happy that today went how it went. I found a new barber and a great business to visit. Thank you Kim and Kimmy!!!

This hidden gem even offers Mani-Pedi services, complete with large screens, TVs, and noise-canceling headphones. The compliments on my sharp haircut and the straight razor shave on my neck poured in. The experience concluded with a rejuvenating shampoo and styling. Don't miss out – treat yourself to a top-tier haircut here. I'm eyeing the Mani-Pedi for my next visit to indulge further. - shout out to Jack, Miguel, and Sanai for the great service!! I also see Haley and she is amazing from knowing exactly what to do with my hair and my wife approves! I started with the pedicures with Alyssa and she is the best. Negative experience: I came out of that chair with a bad haircut for me, it's not the Barbers fault as I couldn't say what I wanted, except that the sides of my head came out different shapes & the front/bangs didn't sit well with me at all. The real reason for two stars is that the GM is seemingly only interested in up selling a subscription service for $88/mo(at cheapest), when most people don't get a haircut more than six to eight times a year, and the 30m time constraint doesn't give the Barbers time to give the haircut they want. You could save time by not trying to upsell the subscriptions or show people the extra facilities they likely don't want or need to see. I will not come here again, but my Barber was lovely.

My go-to treatment includes a haircut, grey camouflage, and a face treatment—and by the end of it all, I feel completely spoiled and refreshed. Haley truly understands how to elevate the grooming experience. She listens, makes thoughtful recommendations, and ensures every visit is both relaxing and confidence-boosting. If you’re looking for top-notch service in a welcoming, upscale environment, I can’t recommend Haley and Hammer & Nails enough. Five stars all the way!

The three guys in the barber area (Avery, Miguel, and Jack) provide excellent service and 10/10 banter. Yes, it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for. On my first visit, I was deeply impressed and immediately signed up for the VIP membership. Since then, it’s only improved. Sanai is the epitome of exemplary customer service. She remembers every member by name, she is incredibly kind, and she goes above and beyond to make sure the services provided are world-class. I was a hiring manager for a long time, and I know you come across someone like Sanai very rarely. As an added bonus, she makes one heck of an Old Fashioned! I’ve seen all of the barbers at this point, and Miguel, Avery, and Jack are all great at what they do. They’re friendly, personable, and they care about doing a great job. Each cut I’ve gotten has been excellent and the experience was equally great. Overall, Hammer & Nails is an amazing concept and the folks at the Summit location are like old friends. The experience leaves you feeling pampered and refreshed. Everyone from the ownership to the support staff are friendly. While I want to be selfish and keep this place a hidden gem, they deserve to be successful because they definitely earn it.

Fantastic experience: Jack did awesome. Attention to detail was highly appreciated. I have to admit, I wasn’t a fan of the shift from the corporate playlist to the employee driven playlist. While the corporate playlist worked fine for creating a professional and calm atmosphere, it felt a bit too rigid and one-dimensional. There’s a real missed opportunity in not allowing employees to set the tone with music that feels more personal and varied. It would be great if there was more flexibility for employees to choose or even vote on the playlist, giving everyone a chance to add their own flavor. The corporate playlist felt like it was trying too hard to control the mood, and the transition to the standard playlist didn’t feel much better. It was a bit generic and didn’t reflect the diverse energy in the workplace.
