My 7-year-old has never once felt nervous sitting in her chair, which says everything. She takes the time to talk with him while she cuts his hair and really listens to what he wants, making him feel comfortable and confident every visit. She’s patient, kind, and incredibly talented. Haircuts with kids can be tricky, but she makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We always leave with a great cut and a happy kid. She’s definitely our barber for life!

She takes her time, pays attention to detail, and delivers a clean, professional haircut every time. She is also incredible with kids. She is patient, kind, and great at making them feel comfortable during their haircut. It can be hard to find a barber who is both highly skilled and great with children, but Britny truly excels at both. If you need a reliable barber I highly recommend booking with Britny!!

At first i was hesitant and refused, but figured I would give it a shot the second time. It is exactly what fits my natural hair. He is now a friend too and has patient barber confidentiality. Tevon was super nice when I met him and I absolutely loved talking with him. Britt was also extremely helpful and humored my stupid dad jokes, which is very rare. Watched her do an amazing job on a dudes hair so I would also highly recommend her as well. Never going anywhere else, this place is amazing.

Negative experience: After being a faithful good tipping Customer I will no longer be back. Leaving work early to make sure I’m on time and having my appointment be late over 20 mins is ridiculous. No one cares about your schedule just theirs. When I asked Tevon if I got the wrong day he said “I’ll get to you once I’m done cutting a head”. I wasn’t trying to blame him but thought maybe I mixed up my schedule. This has been the 3rd time Tevon was late with just a simple sorry. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and still late! Do better!

Negative experience: I’ve been going there since there small cubical store on north oak opened, Bree was good at cutting my hair and new what I liked and make it look right every time. Now I have just gone back when they didn’t promotion for a haircut. The lady who cut my hair, didn’t fade it at all or even try to blend the top of my head with the rest. She proceeded to buzz the sides and back all the same length without actually fading it. Not to mention she also knicked part of my beard right where the sideburn starts and didn’t say anything.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a few hairstyles from different barbers at Catalyst but Chy knocked it out of the park. I showed a reference photo and she was able to tweak it to accommodate my hair type.

Negative experience: I went in for a 0- mid fade / take a 1/4 inch off the top. The fade was decent at best. My problem is the fact that the barber cut a stip the size of the clippers almost to the bottom of my jaw line. I have a beard and now have a huge strip missing out off it. I didn’t realize it until I got back into my truck and touched my face and felt all skin where my beard should be. I am more mad that the barber didn’t say anything or try to fix it. 50 dollar haircut and a 30 dollar tip and I am now at Walmart buying clippers to shave my beard off because I don’t want to return to work like that.
