Fantastic experience: We just did a walk-in with Ahmed for my 4 year old son. Ahmed was welcoming to fit us in and was friendly as I tried to show and explain what we were “going for”. He was patient and encouraging to my Son with his directions. There was some parent involvement to have my Son high enough for Ahmed to be able to make sure all was perfect. He made it enjoyable for us both. His scissor skills were impressive in regards to blending and precision, using his razor for the clean edges. He was definitely found repeat clients with us.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended to Ahmed by a friend and haven’t gone anywhere else since. Only barber in OC that will give you exactly what you want and more when you come in. Have always waited to come back into town to get a cut here than anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Ahmed is a master at his craft. This man has been cutting hair for 27 years and it really shows- You can’t find a better barber with scissor skills like him. He is also really fast and can finish my usual haircut in half the time that I spend at another barber shops. Look no further than Ahmed if you are looking for a barber!

Fantastic experience: I owed Ahmed this review from back in October when he saved me 2 days before my daughter's wedding. This is what I should have written but forgot: In preparing for my daughter's wedding, I spent over a year going to various stylists/salons looking for someone who could, (given the course, wavy hair I have), give me as close to what I was looking for as Ahmed did. He took the time to figure out what my hair naturally does and then cut it. I know it sounds simple...and for him it was....but others just couldnt do it. Extremely personable and genuine...trust me, save your time money and energy wasted at other salons and just go to Tesoro. Update: i went back today for my 2nd cut and it is even better than the last (probably because he wasnt fixing someone else's cut this time). This is my guy moving forward. Dont wonder...just go to him.

Negative experience: Completely ignored my request of keeping my hair long and made it short. Also messed up my beard which now has holes everywhere.

Fantastic experience: This has got to be my most relaxed haircut I’ve had in my life. It felt as if I was getting a cut in the Mediterranean. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. I drove here from Chino Hills and will probably only come here. I recently moved back to California from the Philadelphia/NYC region in very barber centric areas. This place is great and can stand up to any barber on the east coast.

Negative experience: I just got the worst haircut of my life. I showed him a photo of what I wanted but he barely glanced at it and had me sit down without asking any questions or addressing my concerns. He was disorganized and rushed through the cut leaving my hair UNEVEN. I’m really disappointed; it was a waste of money. Now I can’t wait for my hair to grow out so I can get it cut properly by a professional.

Negative experience: This is a most stupid customer appointment taking I have ever seen in my life.No one is answering the phone,just Auto answer taking your call,and after 5 mints of silence moment only says your appointment has been completed ,and you will be receive a text message …BUT without asking your name,your phone number,or asking what’s the reason of this appointment ,or with whom ..? Just today I wasted 25 minutes of the time to get connected with someone,but zero success,and i never received any text either, which is I’m not surprised , Don’t waste your time ,and always don’t fall with good reviews ,

Negative experience: I asked for a trim on my curly hair and then he proceeded to cut everything off. He does not listen and just tries to impress you by saying, "I have experience." I asked for my hair to be left long, I embrace my curles, and told him to leave them eyebrow length. He was so distracted with trying to teach my mom he chopped it all off and left the length the the top of my forehead. I trusted him to do what he needed to do thinking he could deal with a cleaning of my sides and trimming the top, but he could not do that. He did as he saw fit and now I look massacred. Do not recommend, maybe listen rather than flirt.
