Negative experience: Received confirmation of haircut (by any available stylist) for 3:30pm. Drove all the way there with 2 stylist on duty only to be told their system scheduled us with Amy who wasn’t there today?? Just said “sorry” after I showed the confirmation for the cut “with any available stylist” on my phone. The close at 7 pm and still couldn’t work us in? Got a phone call when arriving home saying they could get us in tomorrow? Sorry, won’t be back! Bentlee, thanks for booking your Roosters appointment! Negative experience: Paid for the gentleman’s club and didn’t receive the straight razor shave and only a very minor beard trim which didn’t include the trim just a little cleanup on the neck. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: My boyfriend had his hair cut & beard trimmed for the 1st & last time here today. He told the lady what he wanted but walked out with what she decided he needed. Not much you can do when the 1st swipe of the clippers takes off way more hair than you told her you wanted. He now looks like every Joe Blow on the block. It will take months for his hair & beard to grow back out to the length he prefers. Don't get me wrong, it is not a terrible hair cut. But when you spend $60+ & you take the time to explain what you want, you have an expectation of getting that service.

Fantastic experience: Had my first haircut at Roosters in Huntsville this morning and my stylist / barber was Kayla. Kayla was wonderful - professional, knew what she was doing, gave me a great haircut (exactly what I asked for), personable, friendly and engaging. She loved hearing my stories of being in the Navy and of scuba diving. But I don't think I convinced her to attempt scuba diving with the hammerhead sharks in Bimini. :)

Negative experience: Not a terrible haircut and beard trim, but honestly the cut and service weren’t much better than great clips. On the flip side, if you want to hang out at a men’s grooming center and listen to a bunch of women complaining about the temperature, their dogs, their kids, and their boyfriends at a loud volume, then you have found the place for you. Not to mention talking on the phone while cutting your hair. I won’t be back, very unprofessional and marginal service.

Again, great place, especially for young boys.

Negative experience: Honestly I get a better haircut at Greatclips. For 1/6th the price. Very uneven cut, which is RIDICULOUS because I get it shaved. The barber missed places in my beard and wasnt entirely professional. I felt rushed. DEFINITELY NOT worth $65!

Negative experience: Gentleman cutting hair showed zero interest in his profession. From vaping throughout the whole haircut experience to his hands shaking the whole time this guy should not be working at a barbershop. He was rude and had no personality. He talked pleasantly to coworkers but as a customer he was completely dismissive. Everything from his technique to his mannerisms were poor. What's worse is that I asked for a "drop fade" and he complied however, by the time he was finished is was clear that he didn't know what that meant. He also cut my hair unevenly in the back which I didn't notice until my girlfriend pointed it out but it was obviously uneven. I dont know if he racially profiled me or just has no professional training but this man should probably not be employed at this establishment.

Negative experience: Stylist was vaping while cutting my hair, Playing and singing to explicit music, and hurried my cut so they could close up shop.

Negative experience: If I could put a 0, I would! Horrible experience! This is not the Roosters that it used to be. Don't waste your time or money. We traveled over an hour to come here. Our stylist was rude, and disrespectful to her customer (my husband). She had no business cutting hair. The other employees were just as unprofessional talking about their personal lives to each other with customers present! Our 7 year old could have done a better job! Stylist would not listen to anything my husband wanted. We reserved for cut and beard trim, there was no way we were letting her touch his beard! Won't be back!

Negative experience: I showed up 30ish minutes early for my appt. I understood that I would have to wait until My appt time, but they skipped me. Twice. I waited for about an hour total. 30 minutes after my appointment time. When I asked what happened they closed out someone with the same first name as me and said I was next in line. I then watched someone walk in and immediately go back, because of their appointment time. I left and won’t be back.

The person they had doing my beard was horrible, did not ask before she just started on the lip area and took to much, I said that’s to much, but ok I’ll live with it, then she did the other side and took more and then went back and took more again trying to match the second side!! Had to walk out before it got worse!! Literally got up and said that’s enough!! Go, get your hair cut from Patrick, I will never let someone there touch my beard there again!!! Absolutely pissed and not sure how I’m going to fix this!!

Positive experience: Sent my so . I guess there was a miscommunication. He wanted two inches cut off. His stylist too it down two inches. My son has very curly hair. So that was probably the issue.

Negative experience: Me and my two toddler boys went to get a haircut here for a first time. During my haircut, the barbers clippers died and she didn’t have a charger to re-charge them. Then she screwed up my part, missed a lot of spots with clear pieces of hair well out of place, and then she continued to cut her finger while using the scissors while cutting my hair. For my first son, she showed no sympathy for a 1.5 year old and just man handled him, shoved the clippers deep into his skin, and gave him a horrible bowl cut. In addition, she had a latex finger on that she kept cutting with her scissors and then just pretended that there wasn’t a whole finger worth of latex in my son’s hair after the fact. For my last son’s haircut, not only did she continually try to cut his hair with the part in the wrong direction, but she gave him the worst bowl cut I’ve ever seen in my life. Of course we didn’t ask for a bowl cut, but it’s not even at all! It touches his eyebrow on one side and on the other side is like 2 inches above. Highly recommend you stay away from this joint.

Positive experience: What the website services say and what you get are two different things. There was no hair wash or massage. My shave was more like a quick shave and then they gave me aftershave to put on myself afterwards. No hot towel with essential oils no toner! It was a great haircut, I would want the cut again but I did not get the service I was paying for. Services may depend on barber in the shop but a lower service should cost less.

Negative experience: Worst haircut I've ever had and paid 35 bucks for a disaster. Im sure the person that cut my hair was high as a kite and had no clue what was going on. It took her 13 minutes for a disaster. The last time I'll ever step a foot in that place. The quality has taken a nose dive at that place.

I also paid for a beard trim that never happened. All in all an unpleasant experience that I wanted to end more than I wanted the beard trim. This was my second visit and last.
