Fantastic experience: My husband took our son Asher to get his hair cut. Emily was great with him and his hair cut is excellent!!

Fantastic experience: Eric did an awesome job, on our 10 year olds hair. Our son hadn’t had a professional haircut since he was 2. Eric made him look so handsome, his little sister says he looks like Henry danger now. They even did a hot towel and wash at the end. Complementary drinks as well! We will be back!

Positive experience: Terry did great on my hair cut, was happy with the style. She was very personable, nice, kept me comfortable and was able to work me. I appreciate her However, the very next day my whole head came up with read bumps everywhere. I know you can get bumps from razor burn, ingrown hair etc. but I HAVE NEVER had this issue and I get my hair cut every three weeks. High bald fade with a part. My regular barber whoused to teach as well said it could have been from dirty equipment. I’ll give this place one other shot if my guy is ever out and I need one, but just wanted to be made aware and advise some caution. By no means whatsoever am I trying to get this sweeet lady in trouble. I was also told that they were not TRUE BARBERS that most of the came from GREAT CLIPS. Which luckily terry was a good one at least thst didn’t butcher me.

Negative experience: I’m 15 and I’ve been going to roosters for about a year and the lady that did my hair (Lacey) always did a great job giving me a full 30 minutes and I left satisfied every time. Since she left I can not say the same about the people I’ve had since her. They have rushed through me and not given me a good experience. My haircuts have been sloppy even after I have shown pictures. At the end they’ll flash a mirror and ask if it’s okay and move along with their clients.

Fantastic experience: Terrie is absolutely wonderful with my nonverbal 10yo son. She always knows just how to get him to sit still, and she does a great job on his hair! He loves her!

Negative experience: I'm trying to figure out how to post the video of the hair and beard trim that I paid $58 for.. I will let y'all decide. It's not allowing me to the video of it. My hair is absolutely butchered! Each side and the back look like 3 separate people cut on it. I drove literally an hour and a half because how good the reviews on the place are. I'm doing my 5 year vow renewal tomorrow and I am absolutely butchered..

Scalp massage, hot towel, cold towel, calm and relaxing atmosphere where you can escape the hustle of life for an hour. Lacey provides a wonderful experience and is a master of her craft. Have used a number of stylists with good results across the board. Terri has done my cuts for the last six months or so and does a great job, both with the haircut and with a friendly banter.

Several times I’ve been in before there were stylists/barbers who were miserable and unpleasant and talked about drama the whole time . I was about to find another place . but this time was different. this time was the best experience yet. Lacey is a breath of fresh air , she was pleasant, suggestive and her service was impeccable. She really goes above and beyond. Spectacular service I will ask for Lacey from here on. Please hire more like her!

Negative experience: Plenty of openings if I book online, but walked in and they said they couldn’t get me in until 5:00pm. If you’re lazy and don’t want to work, just say you’re lazy and don’t want to work.

Fantastic experience: 1st time visit and I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities and staff. Kind greeting and taken to my station to meet Brittany. Very pleased with her methods and communication. Great cut for 1st time. I did not have any negative experience & certainly will return.
