1 month ago Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore this place man. I bring my son here sometimes and I just set up a new reoccurring appointment for every two weeks for myself today. For $30 you get a shave, a cut, straight blade n hot towel, shampoo and conditioner and head/facial massage I don't know about y'all but that's nothing but it's self care right there!! And a steal for $30!!!!!

2 months ago Fantastic experience: Mandi was incredible! She got me in the chair right on time and was spot on accurate when asked about timeline. Conversation was great and never felt forced or awkward. The cut itself is perfect, and i walked out feeling like Beyonce! Whole visit was so relaxing that i was nearly dozing off toward the end! 6 months ago Fantastic experience: An absolutely fantastic haircut. One of the best I've ever gotten, even. I've never been one to know exactly how I want my hair cut, but because Angela asked lots of questions, I was able to figure out what I wanted, and she's very attentive. Since I have very thick Asian hair that sticks up if it's too short, she was very careful to help find the sweet spot where it wouldn't be short enough to do so. She even measured the lengths to know how to cut it next time! It's on the cheaper side of the barbershops in the area at $23 minimum for a basic haircut. Definitely coming here when I need my hair cut again!

She had never cut my hair before but asked ALL the right questions to know exactly what I wanted. She then explained everything back to me as what her plan was to do what I had requested. 9 months ago Fantastic experience: Incredible experience. I’ve been jumping around from barbershop to barbershop and gotten awful haircut after awful haircut. Samantha identified all the places my previous cut was uneven, and completely fixed my hair. She also did it all under the pressure of it being my wedding haircut!! She was super nice and you should pick her! I have short to medium hair and it’s pretty thick.

10 months ago Negative experience: I spent less than 15 minutes in the chair, and it shows. The barber wasn’t able to do a proper taper fade, didn’t even out my sideburns, and completely botched the area around my ears. I even mentioned I had an important event the next day, and now my hair looks chopped up—very disappointing. I still tipped $7, but honestly, I want my money back.

10 months ago Negative experience: Don’t even bother trying to call in for an appointment. There is a heavy language barrier with the lady running the phone, and when I called back to correct the location that she mistakenly booked me at she wanted to argue with me as to why she did it. I hung up and said I’ll just walk in to the location I was looking for. She then had the audacity to call me back to state her case as to why it was MY FAULT and not hers. Rude and obviously needs an English class or 2. Why would anyone call a disgruntled customer back just to argue? Ridiculous.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: We always get excellent service here no matter who does the cut. We've been bringing our 5 year old here for the last 4 years, and no matter how squiggly or squirmy he gets we get a great haircut. Everyone is patient and kind.

They are amazing, I needed a long over do Mohawk fade and they came to the table with lots of experience and knowledge. My hair is a lot and they helped tame this beast and crushed it! Most barbers struggle to work with my hair (specifically the cowlicks and hairline), but Abby made sure to pay full attention to every detail while working with the kind of style I wanted. This is one of the few haircuts where it not only met expectations, but the only cut to far exceeded them by a mile! This will definitely be my new regular place to get my hair cut!

Trish gave me an outstanding haircut and beard trim, she was very patient and listened as she asked me what I was looking for. And the end product was great. Heather has been cutting his hair for about 2 years now and she does a wonderful job of talking to him and keeping him calm. His haircut always looks great and I'm glad we've found somewhere he can be comfortable ❤️

Second of all the girl could care less we paid for the works for my grandson it ended up costing us $50 to cut an 8-year-old boy's haircut. This was ridiculous. And it wasn't East Lansing it was Caledonia Michigan

1 year ago Negative experience: Asked for a mid taper, and they gave me a high today. They were pulling on my hair the ENTIRE time I was there, and ruined my hair for about 5 months because of the uneven haircut, and using different chemicals on my Afro. Once it grew back, I had to buzz it because it was mostly damaged. I’ve gone to a different barbershop that knows how to work with black hair. All of the staff at Jude’s do not know how to. The person who cut my hair was David.

1 year ago Negative experience: I had a horrible experience at this place. When I came here I asked for basically a trim, i just wanted some hair off my neck and off my ears and my sideburns gone. The lady that cut my hair then proceeded to take an hour and 30 minutes trimming my hair and not giving me what I asked for and cut my hair really short. I’m a soft spoken person so I didn’t say anything and wanted to trust the process but clearly it was a mistake. I don’t know what her name is but she was the lady with the pinkish mullet.
