Positive experience: Haircuts are decent, the same cookie-cutter thing I get other places for half as much. You can subscribe for various plans and grooming packages with appointments but I don't need any of those addons. For myself costs exceed benefits here.

Fantastic experience: My service is absolutely phenomenal every single time. Tony the Manager is always quick to make sure all my requests are met. I've used multiple barbers there, but Joy is my go too. like woman have a nail girl, she is my beard girl lol. Her lines are crisp and sharp. But all of the barbers are talented. I pay for the base line monthly membership ( which you do not have to join to use their services ) but the Premium Head and Beard shave are so damn relaxing that I might bump to the VIP and start going weekly instead of every 3 weeks. Environment has always been clean and professional which I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I had Akaysha as my barber, and she was fantastic. I came in with a fairly lengthy beard that honestly made me look pretty rough, and I didn’t have much of an idea about what style I wanted. Akaysha was so easy to work with—she listened, made thoughtful recommendations, and used her expertise to give me exactly what I didn’t even know I needed. On top of that, the shampoo, hot towel, and shave made the whole experience feel really pampering. For the quality of service, it was also super affordable. I left really pleased with the result and will definitely be back soon!

Positive experience: It was my 1st vist and Akaysha was very nice although I left very disappointed with the classic hair camo service that I received. I had very minimal grey on sideburns only to begin with and afterwards, I couldn't tell much of a difference, if anything. Each sideburn was dabbed with a little color to match and the service lasted maybe 10 minutes when described as approx. 30 minutes; it also seemed very rushed. This particular service for me was probably unnecessary and definitely a bit expensive.

Fantastic experience: The male grooming destination of the century. Calming environment and definitely laid out with the man in mind. Oversized leather seating, Individual Tv screens and complementary beverages. Oh yeah and the service is as good and professional as you could hope for. Well worth the time.service here is spectacular. I made a last minute appointment for some much need feet relief and Nara did not disappoint. So glad they were available. Don’t second guess yourself, treat yourself.

Negative experience: This place has gone down since the new ownership. The new owner is too focused on expansion and profitability that he loses stylists weekly. The turnover is crazy. In the last year I have went through 3 different stylists. 2 quit due to the work environment and lack of leadership and the other was out of their control. I held a membership since 2020 and cancelled it because I am over having a new stylist every visit. If I wanted that I would go to great clips. Also they treat their employees poorly and over book services and make their clients wait longer because they cannot say no and instead overwork and stress their workers out. When you run a business as such you should be focused on turnover and your employees. The quality of haircut lacks and does not have the quality of those who were there and had talent. I have cancelled my membership and will go for pedicures as they have not turned the two that do good ones over yet. If you want a stylist that you can always see I recommend looking for another place where they keep their staff, if you are here for a beer or drink and really care less about who cuts your hair then this is your place. The owner and manager need to do better for their employees.

Negative experience: Paid for a classic beard groom. Barber did not use a straight razor she used an electric face razor, and I didn't get a hot towel. Kinda sucks not getting what u paid for

Fantastic experience: The facility is is well kept. Bathrooms and stylist areas kept clean and inviting. Receptionist very nice but appear to still settling in to the job roll.

Positive experience: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. This haircut was a Father's Day gift from my wife, and I was really looking forward to it. However, my stylist struggled with basic techniques like tapering the sides and had to ask for assistance twice. She also wasn't prepared--her clippers ran out of battery. I also had to remind her twice to trim the top, and even after that, the back of my head was left uneven, with one side not shaved properly. For a $50 haircut, I expected a much better experience. I still tipped to be polite, but I left unsatisfied. I hope this feedback helps improve future services. ——————————————————————— The next time I came in Heather did my haircut. The service was excellent and everything went smooth and as planned. I highly recommend her.
