Fantastic experience: Got a fade from Keonte at Hammer & Nails in Rancho Cucamonga and he did an outstanding job. The fade was clean, tightly blended, just how I wanted it. He took his time making sure everything was tight before I left. The shampoo and conditioning was a nice touch and the overall experience was very professional.

Positive experience: The barbershop and experience they provide is amazing, the only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because they need to redo their membership plans and take out the cancelation fees they charge for missing or canceling an appointment. They already want you to dump approx 100-500$ a month for services*depending on which membership you get* With no membership it's easily 80 bucks WITHOUT tip. And if you do miss a appointment for whatever reason for a no call and no show they will charge you the FULL amount of the appointment which is the first establishment I HAVE ever been to that does this. Whoever is the store owner or the management of this location, YOU really should consider looking over your prices, because I could get a haircut and hot towel jusy as good or better for 50 or less including a scalp massage at other places. This place charges an arm for services you can get elsewhere for just as good. Only difference is because of the "high-end" decor and the fact that they offer other services like pedicures. I get they are looking for a SPECIFIC clientele but I feel sorry for them because they are obviously being ripped off. So again, I will give this establishment 5 stars and more of my time and hard earned cash when the owner or management redo their incredibly ridiculous membership plan prices and cancelation fees.

Fantastic experience: First off let me say that originally I was upset with my first cut......But, they went above and beyond to correct the problem. If you decide to try them out, definitely ask for Anthony....he's got the hands that are going to get your cut looking . I appreciate the ladies at the front desk. Thank you ladies for the great service and birthday wishes.

Negative experience: Although my artist was by far the best part of this experience. Unfortunately, this Hammer & Nails is ran more like a Sportsclips... bright lights and barbers who are louder than the music. I've only been to one other Hammer & Nails location, but this one does not compare to the speakeasy-esque style experience the other location provided. If they don't make some major upgrades, your just over paying for a haircut to get a free drink.

Fantastic experience: For the last several months I have been serviced by Eleanor, who I find friendly, personable and knowledgeable and talented. I am always happy with her service. Eleanor and the other manicurists always make me feel special and I know that I’ll always receive top notch service. When I leave, I feel and look great, I want to show off my nails and toes! Kim and Kennedy, the receptionist, are also great and helpful. If I am can’t decide which color I want, I ask them for their opinion. Their suggestions are always spot on. I’m thankful that I found such a great nail salon. The environment is always clean, peaceful, smells wonderful and is relaxing.

Fantastic experience: Eleanor is amazing. If you’re looking for someone who really knows how to cut with scissors and create a medium to long layered shag, she’s the one. She’s very knowledgeable, listens carefully to what you want, and delivers exactly the style you ask for. My son’s hair always comes out perfectly shaped, with great movement and layers. You can tell she truly understands hair and technique. We always leave happy and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: It had been over a year since my last haircut so whoever was going to cut it had their work cut out for them. I tend to typically keep my hair on the longer side. I went on yelp looking for a reliable place. I know I wanted to avoid the typical barber shop that only does fade haircuts, and I didn't want to get my haircut in a salon. I came across hammer and nails and it looked like the perfect blend of both worlds tailored to men's grooming. I walked in with no appointment as a first timer and was greeted and help right away. Hayden ended up cutting my hair and did an excellent job. I came with a reference photo and with just a quick glance nailed the cut. I'm very happy with the shop, and cut and will be returning. Can't remember the name of my barber but she was a female and I prefer having my hair cut by a female as long as they specialize in men's hair. She did a great job and the whole process was enjoyable. Game was on. Cold drink in hand. Just good vibes. Signed up for a membership and will be going monthly to get a manicure and haircut.

I still had some bookings left on my account, so decided to book to celebrate my birthday. I booked the luxe haircut with Keonte, and let me tell you: BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT I could ever give myself. Keonte is a gem. Not only does he open up and make you feel comfortable, but his technique is so unique and will leave you feeling how you look: AMAZING. I left looking at my finances to figure out how to reopen my subscription because I definitely will be booking another service with him!

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment for a haircut with Bell after a long week on Saturday 6/8/24. Greeted at the front desk with wonderful customer service. Offered a refreshment. The vibe was warm and relaxing. Bell escorted me to her chair when it was time for my classic cut. She asked me what I wanted and did a great job with the fade. She washed my hair, shampoo smelled awesome. A warm lavender infused towel was wrapped over my face. I left here feeling lighter, relaxed, refreshed, and looking fresh and clean. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Bethany was amazing with my new haircut. I booked pretty last minute the night before, but I was able to secure a reservation with her. I had very long hair and was wanting to go back to my shorter hair. I had pictures of myself from 3-4 years ago of a hairstyle that I couldn't even quite describe on myself. and Yet She was able to recreate it and style it even better than I can imagine. I am thankful of how patient she was with me in not knowing how to describe my style, but also working with me in adjusting certain aspects of my new haircut to my preferences. I will definitely be rebooking to upkeep the look!
