The place also seemed clean to me, with good customer service. I went without an appointment (walked in) and was attended immediately. The cut was also made relatively quickly and well done.

Fantastic experience: Tito, my barber for the day, was absolutely amazing. I booked a hot towel shave and it completely blew me away. Let me tell you about it. From the moment I stepped in the shop, I felt Tito's warmth and welcome. He greeted me warmly and I showed him some pictures of my beard to let him know what I want. He was quick to understand exactly what I wanted, and even suggested doing something a little different from my usual, because he felt like it would look better. Long story short: that one small detail indeed made it look better. The experience itself was amazing. Yes, I said experience instead of "hot towel shave", because it was TRULY an experience. Not only did I receive a nice hot towel over my face, but he also had me wear a hand massager which felt SO good on my hands — something I never thought of getting. And not only that, he also massaged my shoulders with some massage guns. It felt amazing. Of course, that's not even to mention the beard itself yet. It came out pristine. And like I said, that detail from earlier that he suggested — that I should just slightly lower my neck line — made it look all the better. You can *feel* his attention to detail. He is sharp and a MASTER at his craft. You just feel it while you're in the seat. Last but not least, Tito is not just an absolute savant at what he does with the tools, but he is a kind, sweethearted person with a lot of passion, warmth, and humor. He's just a great guy and you feel it immediately in your first few moments with him. I came here for a hot towel shave, and instead received the most relaxing barbershop experience I've ever had. I recommend Tito with all of my heart. He is one of a kind. Now just do the thing and book him. I guarantee you he will take care of you well beyond your expectations.

Jeff’s Gentleman Barbershop made that decision easy. The shop has a steady, down-to-earth atmosphere, and Jeff actually listens before he starts cutting. He took his time, paid attention to the details, and gave us one of the best haircuts we’ve had in a long while. The fact that the business is run by someone with a service background stood out to me. You can see it in the way the place is run — organized, respectful, and built on pride in the craft. After this visit, I know I’ve finally found the barber I’ll be sticking with going forward.

We booked an appointment with my son, arrived 7 minutes late then found out he took another customer to we waited., then surprisingly he took another second customer. It seems he is overbooking appointments and it was so unprofessional and he never told us while waiting that he will take a second appointment over us. 7 minutes is not even making it enough for 1 hair cut to override appointments… shame on you

Negative experience: Didnt at all follow the pictures I showed him nor was good at communicating with me. I asked to just take some weight off in layers on the sides since I have a lot of hair. He pulled out clippers and I thought he was going to just shave a bit off the length. No... frame one he shaved off most of the side of my head to the skull, too late at this point to tell him to not to do so... Otherwise I would just have a bald patch on one side of my head. Had to stick to whatever haircut he decided to give me. Gave me a fade when it was nowehere similar to the pictures and description I gave him. He also cut my skin at one point. The haircut for what it is is fine, issue is it wasnt what I asked for! Definitetly going to avoid this place in the future.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this place. I asked for a low fade and received a high fade and extremely short hair when I clearly asked to Only trim a little bit from the front. Definitely not worth $35 I could do that myself for free.

Shop is clean, and prices, although recently increased, are still some of the lowest around.
