Fantastic experience: My request for what I wanted was pretty low key, so my barber just took over and gave me a great cut.. Detail was mean and attentive - great lines. The hair powder and perfumed spray were the finishing touches I didnt expect. I left feeling fresh with a skip in my step. Nice work, ill be back.

Fantastic experience: I'm doing Work&Travel and was looking for a hairdresser in Gisborne... and wow, it's the best haircut I've ever had. A burst fade with a perfect fade. My cowlick was also very well taken care of and worked on. The shop is very cool, you can come in without an appointment and look nice. The music is relaxed and that creates a cool vibe. It's also easy to talk to the people and I felt very comfortable. If I were to stay here longer, I would definitely come back.

Negative experience: Website and signs say 10am is opening time showed up early to get a head start on everone (15min) left at 10.30am because no one had showed up yet. Few workers showed up but they didn't have a key to get in so didn't get to have my hair cut‍♂️ a

Fantastic experience: Had zero expectations as I live in Nelson and was in town for a family visit. The AC was cranked, the music was loud, and I couldn’t have been happier waiting. When I was seen too, the conversation was great, and the cut was even better. I highly recommend this fine establishment, the proprietors are top notch and offer a great service, you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: First time I went was good lane took his time cutting. done awesome job, then second time lane just rush it! like he doesn't care anymore, likes its just about the money!not the passion of his work, and over price me for the short amount of time it was supposed to take him to do my hair and bread! was supposed to take 45min, end up being less then 15min with his rush job, and still try charging me full price not impressed!
