Fantastic experience: Great cuts every time, efficient and kind barbers make this a great place.
Fantastic experience: Asem is truly talented at what he does. He gave me an amazing haircut and handled my complex curls with so much skill, patience, and attention to detail. It’s honestly hard to find someone who understands curly hair this well. The whole experience was professional, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Asem to anyone looking for a barber who knows exactly how to bring out the best in your hair!

Negative experience: I’m leaving a 1 star review because I hope management will see this and maybe adjust and advertise either their policy or their training. I’ve had really mixed experiences here. I’m a woman but I have short hair that is buzzed in the sides. The last time I went there to get the sides cleaned up between cuts with my regular person, I saw a guy named Mohammad who was WONDERFUL and I would have recommended him and the shop to anyone. Today I went in and a younger guy was there, no one else in the shop. I went in and he just looked at me like he was confused and so I just said I’m looking to just get the short part shaved down. And he said oh we don’t cut women’s hair, you can go across the street. And I said oh, ok. I’ve had my hair cut here before. And he said yeah we don’t do it. So I left. The woman at the salon across the street was able to recommend a barber shop that wouldn’t turn me away. I’m not saying you have to cut women’s hair, but if you don’t, I think there needs to be some sort of signage saying so. And if you are cutting women’s hair, then maybe there needs to be an official policy. Or if it’s on a case by case basis maybe give your employees some language to discuss it so that it doesn’t feel so dismissive. If he can’t for religious reasons it would be really easy to say “oh I’m sorry I can’t cut women’s hair due to religious and cultural reasons, but here’s a card for someone local who does walk ins” or “I’m sorry I’m not trained on how to cut women’s hair” so that I could explain that I assume that, that’s why I’m at a barber. I want the techniques you use, used on my hair.

Positive experience: I called beforehand and enquired about the price for a students cut, to which I was told $30. I arrived and got my haircut, which was very good, and paid with a $50 note and only got a $10 note back, so whether he mucked it up or not I don’t know but I just got scammed and would like a refund.
Hey brother, i appreciate your honest review, yes i remember you calling in to ask about the price of the haircut, but you must’ve gotten a zero fade hence why you got charged 40$ if it was a normal student haircut which is any style but not a zerofade you would’ve been charged 30,
But anyways i am happy to refund you 10 dollars back and consider this issue as a communication misunderstanding , you can give me a call back on 0212229773 and i can discuss the refund process with you wether you want a cash back or 10 dollars off your next haircut, thanks again for the review man and see ya next time

Fantastic experience: i showed uo with 20 mins to spare, hassan took care of me with a smile on his face. got the whole fade, trim n evebrows, where i wouldve been happy with just a fade at that time, but he gave me the full service. big props to these guys, definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Was walking by this new barbershop with my 11 year old Son who desperately needed a haircut. The shop is luxurious and the barber who cut his hair was able to cut it right away as no bookings are necessary. My son is very confident after his haircut and loved the service. Will definitely be returning. These guys are efficient as!
