Negative experience: Dear the person on the right I am writing to express my disappointment with the haircut I received at your salon on [date of appointment]. Unfortunately, the result was far from what I requested and expected based on our discussion and the reference photos I provided. I asked for a small bit off the top but he cut off everything but the stylist instead was a lot off the top and made my head bleed whacut it much shorter and unevenly, leaving noticeable choppy sections and an uneven length on both sides”]. This has left me feeling very unhappy and self-conscious about my appearance. I value your salon’s reputation for professionalism and quality service, which is why I chose to come to you. I would appreciate it if you could offer a solution—such as a complimentary correction appointment with a senior stylist, or a partial refund—to address the situation. Negative experience: Went here last month, jammed the razor into my ear and made it bleed, had to go to doctors. Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 boys here for a haircut today. My youngest is 4 and not a fan of getting his haircut but the guy cutting his hair (sry never got his name) did such a good job. He was very patient and was well able for all the wiggling out of my lad. And €12 for a kids haircut was really good value. Would reccommend.
