Negative experience: Was told closed at 5.28pm on 20/02 when sign on door was saying open until 6pm. Very disappointing. Won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience with the lads in Star Turkish Barber in Macroom - never any complaints after a haircut - staff are always on top form and always up for a chat - would highly recommend

Negative experience: Paid 25 euro for a simple hair trim, and tidying up of my beard. The barber was very busy talking to the other barber, not in English. But the worst was that I had to finish the job myself at home. Will not go back here. Expensive for poor service and a poor job.

Negative experience: Paid 20 for a 5-minute, uneven dry cut. The female barber was too sloppy, and it wasn’t worth the price at all. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. sides were uneven as well. Definitely won’t be returning. 20 euro down the drain. lol

Fantastic experience: Great service even short before Christmas day. Did exactly what I was hoping for. Hair, Mustache, Eyebrows and hairy ears. All without being charged extra. Found my new barber for the coming years.

Negative experience: Called to this business today and was abruptly told I had no appointment and then ignored. There was nobody else there only the girl who dismissed me ! I only wanted to make an appointment but with that attitude I left and will not bother with them again.

Negative experience: I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Went last week. Haircut from a young Irish guy. Totally disinterested. Asked for no . 2 back and sides and trim on top. He was finished in 5 to 6 minutes. Then he made some sort of an attempt to singe the hair from my ears, that didn't work either. When I got home there were tufts of hair sticking out all over the place. Ended up shaving the whole thing off myself. And 18 euros for 6 mins. Work. An absolute joke of a barbers.

Negative experience: Got a hot towel shave on Friday morning, the 'barber' cut my face in several places and missed parts of my chin an throat. I certainly couldn't recommend this part of their offering. Nice guys etc but he literally had no idea what he was doing.
