Hi Cheryl. You called today for an appointment and you were told that we only do walk ins . You landed at 17.40 pm and the door was closed as there were 2 other customers waiting to be cut still. You were explained this at the door when you talked to me. You told me that i never stated that when we were on the phone . Now ,i am not able to guess when exactly you are planning to come over and i only responded to the questions you asked . You must know that our service is not a quick 5 minutes job . It states on the page that we open till 6pm but hope you do understand that if a client is still on the chair in the middle of the haircut at 6pm i wont just put my tools down and go home because my shift is done. We are open 6 days a week and yes we do take lunch breaks and we close the door early if the shop is busy so we can go gome to our families aswell same like everyone else. You gave us a 1star review because you could not get a haircut with us because the shop was busy. You say i was unwelcoming but must remind you that i came at the door and talked to you and then you turn your back at me and walked while i was still trying to explain my point.
Feel sorry about you having to travel from God knows to get a haircut with us but that 1 star review does not reflect our shop and our work. Thank you anyway.
