Fantastic experience: Fantastic barbers. Brought my young son here after a few disastrous hair cuts and they gave him the best hair cut and have a plan in place to fix the previous barbers mistakes. So kind and welcoming and great with kids. Delighted to have found such fantastic, talented barbers that I can trust.

Fantastic experience: Arrived late and was in desperate need of a haircut and beard shave for next day, nice guy inside shop answered my knock on the door and offered to help me out - even though being closed and exhausted from a long day in the shop. He took his time and focused on the finest details. I didn’t catch his name but he moved from Manchester in the past few weeks. Proper decent guy and even better barber! Highly recommend my guy on bridge street shop. Really appreciated him taking his own time out to help a first time customer - speaks volumes! 5 star rating easily ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks brother much respect to you!

Fantastic experience: My guy always sorts me out with a clean cut, no stress. Proper sound lad and always up for a bit of chat. He stays open late too, which is perfect ‘cause I’m usually flat out with work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — never had a bad trim. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Subject: Opening Hours and Service Experience I wanted to share some feedback on my recent experience visiting your location for a hair and beard trim. According to both the hours posted on google and the hours displayed on your front door, your business opens at 9:30 AM. I arrived shortly after 9:30, but after waiting for about ten minutes, I called the number listed. The person who answered informed me they would not be there until about 10:50 AM... Unfortunately, this delay meant I was unable to receive the service, as I had to proceed to work. This experience left me with a very poor impression. As I’ve heard that you are considering expanding to a new location, my suggestion would be to ensure that all existing operational details, such as opening times, are managed reliably to avoid similar situations. I will not be recommending your business and in a small town this can make a big difference as word of mouth is one of the biggest contributors to new and returning customers. I hope it can contribute to providing a better experience for all your clients in the future.

Negative experience: A very bad haircut. They were quite rough with my young boy and the hair cut was so bad I had to get it fixed by Lorraine's Barbers who are far better. I will never go back again to fadez. I can only guess all the other reviews are by their friends and not truthful.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with my little boys hair. They were so patient and kind to him which meant a lot as he’s extremely quiet, and can be nervous and shy with new people.
