7 months ago Negative experience: Walked in today with my son to get his haircut, never again. Terrible haircut by a young man in there, not sure if he's qualified or not...if he was a trainee we weren't told about. Will have to go and fix it elsewhere... Also floor was very dirty and slippery. Would not recommend.

9 months ago Negative experience: Pros: walk ins only so very convenient if you need a cut without a booking. However, the shop was untidy, I waited over an hour and the shop floor wasn’t cleaned once nor was any off the brushes or equipment used between customers. There were four barbers on so the place was busy. When I was up the barber closest to the door grunted at me. He then was incredibly rough and forceful with the blades. Never engaged in conversation but did converse out the door with passers-by. Very uncomfortable experience and then 3 off the barbers regularly talked in their native language along with some other customer. Couldn’t wait to get out. Hair cut took about 12 mins, was just ok, wanted more off the top but the barbers attitude was shocking I’ll never be back.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Ive return to the team here a number of times, service is fast but not rushed. Premises are clean and welcoming. I observed the barbers skills across the 4 on shift, very good. Ive a large beard. Today's trim was rge best yet. 100% recommend. I also pass several barbershops to get to HD Barbers

1 year ago Fantastic experience: The barbers did a wonderful job with my 2 children, they got a skin fade with scissors cut on top and a fringe. My children loves it there and we will come back again. They accept walk-ins which are best suited for us.

Very unprofessional, the guy was rough on my childs hair, was in a hurry to finish the job to get the next customer, uneven haircut, not at all satisfied. Never ever recommend. Hello, I don't see option to reply you . Are you trying to threaten me on the review, the guy was asking me who use to cut my Son's hair I said Ismail barber and the Chinese in the corner of the street, to that he said then go to them, Is this the way he needs to approach the customer, I never shouted at him, I asked him what did he say, if you have microphone you can hear that. Your staff next to him only heard this while I was asking and he came in between to make it a show. None other customers had any clue what we were talking. Yes I told him 2 cut little more but he made him bald and uneven on his side.I told him to fix that which he didn't.I have the picture with me. And my child was complaining that he was very rough while doing his hair cut, which as a dad I had to ask your guy why he was doing it in a hurry..
