Negative experience: I had a horrible experience at this place. I went in waited to be seen and when called i just told him I would like my hair tight on the side and back.He then asked me what number of blade is that. I replied I am not sure il go with your experience. He told me is this the first time for you in Ireland. I replied does it look like it's My first time in Ireland. He goes on saying you Indian and Pakistani people are very annoying. I didn't tell him my nationality at this point he just made the assumption by my appearance. He then told me that everyone else in here knew what blade they used and proceeded to ask the other customers what blade they used in front if me. I have never been made to feel so belittled. Before this stage he had already started on my hair which he then stopped mid way and said im not finishing and told me to leave. For a business that should be customer focused this incident has ensured i will never return here in the future.

Fantastic experience: This is the best barber shop in the country. The owner Barz who looks after his customers is as good as they come and the rest of the lads are very good also. Negative experience: attitude First, I just asked you to cut it straight up, but you kept saying it was like the picture and you had an attitude towards me. I saw that you were not very happy since I entered the store. Second, why did another customer pay 15€ before but you charged me 20€?

Negative experience: Shocking rude image been 45 minutes late for opening, and giving out to the customer for calling and asking when you arriving. 0 stars..opening 9.30 arrived 10.15.

Negative experience: I experienced extremely poor service at this establishment, and the staff were noticeably rude to customers. It was disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and courtesy, which made the entire experience quite unpleasant.

Negative experience: The worst service someone could ever have. Went there to cut the hair for my two boys, the owner and another staff were being rude and questioning about keeping my kids hair too long, and passing negative comments, and were too rude and rough to my kids while cutting their hair. And were insulting to the peak in front of other customers. There job is to cut the hair, neither criticising parents nor being rude to young kids. Poor customer service and bad behaviour . Too disappointing. Felt sorry for taking my kids there.

Negative experience: My experience at Boston Barbers was disappointing. During my haircut, two staff members engaged in a loud argument right in the middle of the shop. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere, and their unprofessional behavior was distracting. The overall service suffered as a result, and I left the salon feeling dissatisfied. I hope the management addresses such issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for customers in the future.
