Negative experience: I walked in and was asked if I had a booking. I didn’t, but was told to take a seat. After waiting 20 minutes, I was informed they don’t accept walk-ins.

Unfortunately my hair hasn't grown back in that time ...so the reason for the visit was to have my first ever professional beard trim & style. It couldn't have gone any better!. Scott was great and so was the service, time allocated, coffee and banter. Highly recommended
