Fantastic experience: I was blown away by the level of service I received today at Ajmenspa . The barber i opted to go with today was Sainte and he exceeded all of my expectations. He was punctual to my appointment pre washing my hair before the haircut a small detail I thought added a nice touch . I also opted for one of their premium package that offered a full wet shave , hot towel , haircut and waxing this definitely lived up to the title and made me feel rejuvenated and fresh . I couldn’t recommend more . Will definitely be revisiting. Thank you

Negative experience: This is not any funny joke. I went here and asked for a low taper. i dont know what my barber was thinking but they decided to cut it low and give me a taper. are you insane? when i got home, im not trying to prank anyone, i cried. do you know how badly you have ruined my life for the next two months? ive got school soon and everyone will guaranteed make fun of me. im never coming back here again. barber i had was £15. i would pay more money to spit on my hair rather than you experimenting on my hair.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — even my 9- and 10-year-old boys enjoyed chatting with them! The prices were very reasonable for the high-quality service we received. Booking through their website was quick and easy, and the atmosphere in the shop was warm and relaxing. One of my little ones even said he felt like a king after his haircut — that says it all! Positive experience: Came here for a the first time and even though the haircut was good I can’t say the same for the service. During my cut the barber kept checking his phone and even made two calls about lunch. End of the day if I’m paying for a service I should be your focus.

Negative experience: Terrible service, bad fade ,left bald marks and was constantly on their phone telling me to wait one time even being up to 9 minutes long.

Negative experience: Very poor service and lack of respect for the valuable time of their customers. I had a 10am Haircut and Hairwash appointment with Bobby on 01/06/2024 and I received a confirmation email the day before saying 'we look forward to seeing you at A.J Men Spa tomorrow'. When I got there 20 minutes before 10am no one really acknowledged me and asked who I was there for, so I went upstairs to wait as per protocol and when 10am arrived and I hadn't heard or seen Bobby, I went downstairs to ask where Bobby was? I was told Bobby was not in and someone else (Jamie) can cut my hair, but my issue was how comes no one from A.J Men Spa didn't inform me before my appointment that Bobby was not going to be in on 01/06/2024? I was told Bobby was supposed to call everyone he had an appointment with and tell them he was not working on 01/06/2024. But this never happened in my case and my valuable time was wasted. A.J who is the man in charge was sitting by Reception and one of his employees asked whether he can cut my hair instead of Bobby, but he declined even doe he was sitting by Reception and had no customers at the time. If A.J really cared about his customers, especially his regulars as this would have been my 4th appointment in successive months then more could have been done to correct the situation, but he didn't care and just offered a token apology with little empathy.

Fantastic experience: My son got his hair cut here today after his friends recommended it. It's a very cool place, everyone is really friendly and the quality of cut is superb. He will definitely be going back here again.

It’s always a pleasure seeing Alice she’s such a lovely person so friendly professional and I always feel comfortable when I have any treatment. Highly recommended! Fantastic experience: I love this place. I started going here with my husband as it just seemed easier for us both to use one place and my hair was super short at the time. My hair is still short and styled by owner Ashley, which I am always complemented on (never got this when I went to a traditional female hairdressers) it’s also been many colours back and forth from grey to ash blonde. Ashley is brilliant and knows what I want and doesn’t tire of me changing it back and forth - he just wants me to be happy and I am. The chairs are super comfy for sitting in for lengthy sessions (I.e bleach and colours) the banter is hilarious and the music is ON POINT! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Leon was not left waiting, and as soon as it was his appointment time he was called up. The surroundings are very clean and calm, with no rush rush atmosphere.
