Fantastic experience: I just came in here for a haircut and it was excellent. But on top of that they were really kind and respectful, didn't force a conversation on me but were happy to chat as well. Reasonable price too which is rare these days. 10/10 will be back!

Negative experience: Terrible rushed service. Saw a regular of theirs come in after I sat down and noticeable started rushing, and gave me a cut i didn't ask for. Hadn't even finished saying what I wanted before the woman had started with the clippers. I've been to a few of the barbers around stirling, and this was the worst. Save your time and money by going elsewhere.

Negative experience: I have been going here for over 10 years and it's always been great. However, over the last few years it's been steadily going downhill. Now it's absolutely rubbish, they leave you looking like an idiot. They are rude, standoffish and don't take the time to do a good job anymore. It's also important to remember that during COVID, this was the worst business in Stirling. The staff would scream at you over the slightest thing, forcibly make you wear a mask, required all your details and acted like dictators. I will never forget the way you acted during this time. You do crap haircuts now anyway. Never coming here again. Go to Brown Bear Barber shop on Barnton Street instead <3

Negative experience: Been going to this barbershop since I was born over 20 years, haven’t been in 6 months but last 2 trips have been awful no care or time taken, Ive been given 2 rushed haircuts and last visit didn’t seem as if the lady cared at all for what I asked for. Will not be returning life time customer lost.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Barnton Street Barbers since moving through to Stirling 3 years ago and do not have a bad word to say about the place. Elizabeth usually cuts my year and does a great job. Alison, Robert, Nicky, Grant and everyone else involved are always very friendly and create a great atmosphere. Despite the numerous competitors nearby, I have never been tempted to go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I hate to create bad press on my local barbers as it can be a difficult job at times, and so I find it hard to mess up a simple fade as a qualified barber. It has to be one of the worst outcomes i’ve had from a barber shop I will not name the barber from this shop publicly as a matter of respect but they represent the shop as a whole. I know that they have experience in this shop and unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. A barber should be experienced in this field and this level of work is on par with a covid lockdown trim from one of the mates

Negative experience: Instead of a skin fade they gave me half a fade with a mullet on the other side and even missed patches of hair on the fade. DON'T BOOK WHEN THEY ARE BUSY AND RUSH
