Negative experience: Had a good haircut and seemed like good people. However, their website states a skin fade is £18 and I was charged £21. Their nearcut profile says just £12. As it was my first time I didn’t want to ask had I been overcharged as there is a wide range that the price could be. I would just want more clear pricing. Will not be going again however.

Fantastic experience: I was passing through and had a cut from apprentice Dan who was learning on the job but professional and friendly and gave me an excellent cut. His boss checked it and suggested some tidying and even though it should have been free i was more than happy enough with it to pay full price.

Negative experience: Completely messed up my hairline, spent more time talking and having a laugh with the other barbers my barber did than actually doing the job. Seems just like a laugh and a game instead of a serious business. Will never use again, and cost me £21

Fantastic experience: I didn't think atmosphere would be the word to use for a barbers shop, but this place really deserves it. The staff are friendly and experienced, the music is upbeat and pleasant, and you can get lost in conversation about your hobbies before the haircut is done in an impressive amount of time.

Negative experience: Probably the worst haircut I have ever had. I don't even write reviews for things but feel like I should for this. My haircut was very uneven and the guy wasn't even cutting off hair for 5 minutes

Negative experience: Not really a great experience, visiting lancaster this looked like a decent barbershop but upon walking in I asked if they do appointments or walk ins I didn’t get an answer to that question and I’m still non the wiser he just said I will see if anyone’s free ! Somebody was free and they got me sat down quickly that’s great but unfortunately it’s more of a hair salon than an actual barbers, no wet shave in site and when asked to do the beard I was told yeh if I have time ! instantly made me feel they didn’t really know what they was doing or couldn’t really be bothered and just winged it ! I ask for the beard to go into a point by the ear but they didn’t seem to understand what that was and gave me square ish ! no shave on my neck I had to go home and finish it off myself and my cheeks still hairy I had to shave them myself when got home it’s not what u expect paying £20 and also some customers where offered a drink and some not I found this very strange if your looking for a perfect cut with a full wet shave and hot towel this is not the place to go sorry please see pics for reference
