Fantastic experience: Been coming to Don Barber for around 4 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else in town. My regular barber is Luci who always does an excellent cut (and I can be picky and demanding and she always lives up to it!). When Luci has been busy and I’ve seen other barbers they equally do a great cut, they’re all super talented. As well as this their booking policy is so helpful for fitting around life as you don’t need to worry about potentially waiting for a long time. You know you’re going to be in and out in the designated time. Which is why as a customer I’m grateful they are professional and adhere to this policy so not to affect the rest of their day’s bookings - note a disgruntled customer’s review who was late for their appointment and therefore left the business a bad review. They are very upfront about their late / no show policy - it pops up on your screen before making the booking. This is essential for them to not be late for the rest of their clients. As well as all the above, they’re a great bunch of people, provide 5* customer service. It’s always a really relaxing and positive experience every time. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Well done guys special shout out for Luci as she is my regular barber but they’re all fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited Don Barbers for a treat… Lucie started with a skin fade (nice n short!) followed by a beard trim. The best bit was a hot towel treatment with essential oils and a light head massage. Finished off with a ‘cut throat’ shave to sharpen up my looks Great experience with very friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you, I’ll be back soon!

Negative experience: If you book an appointment and arrive 10 minutes late, you're charged full price, but they don't even have time to do the haircut. That's ridiculous. If you end up waiting for them, it's no problem at all. I completely understand paying something for taking up a slot, but not full price. They've lost a regular customer.

Barber shop is welcoming and has a lovely vibe. It’s worth booking online, which is very easy to do, as it’s normally quite busy. The booking system also sends you a reminder which I find very useful.
