Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting my hair cut by Kieran at Raw Image Barber Shop for 18 years — that’s longer than most relationships last! He’s basically the curator of my scalp at this point. Always a great cut, good banter and I still don’t know if he’s a barber or a stand-up comedian with scissors. Either way, my hair’s never looked better. Highly recommend — just don’t take my appointment slot!

Fantastic experience: Kieron is an amazing barber. I used to get my nape shaved and have patterns by him. He was great with my hair. He now cuts both my boys hair and is fantastic with them. My youngest son wasn’t confident in speaking up about what styles he wanted. Kieron really brought him out of himself and he is now confident to talk to him. Always a great atmosphere in the shop, the staff are welcoming and full of laughter.

Fantastic experience: First time using Raw: Image and I would give more then 5 starts if I could! I am so pleased! I booked for 1:00 however turned up 20 minutes early. Was greeted in a such a polite manner and was seen earlier then my alloted time. I had my appointment with Keiron who was absolutely amazing. He made me feel ao comfortable and it felt like I'd been going to him for years! He did a skin fade for me and even though I'd shared my story of having alopecia he was able to give me a trim that was excellent! Will definitely be making Raw: Image my go to barbers!

Negative experience: Im not a guy to leave reviews but WOW iv never had issues of this magnatued, horrible customer service, phone lines don't work as you will keep being handed over to different automated screening and never speaking to someone from the shop. Made booking for 12pm, things changed in the day which meant me going to pick up my son, I was calling them since 10:13am up until I arrived 11 minutes late. Kiran welcomed me and told the barber I had an appointment with and he refused as I was late by 11 mins, Kiran said to him that he has time to do it, I even said he could leave out my beard and would cut the time down to 40mins, as I just interrupted his fifa game he didn't want to do it. So driving parking and the rush I put my self through to get in was for nothing. Just to top it off when iv gone onto the app to leave feedback they had already taken me off there system...so unprofessional.
