She's incredibly skilled, especially with scissors, and always takes the time to get every detail right. Her patience with little ones is next-level, and she somehow makes the whole experience enjoyable for him too. Tracey’s not just a brilliant barber—she’s a warm, welcoming hostess who genuinely cares about her clients. Always positive, always friendly. The atmosphere she creates in the shop is second to none. Easily the best barber in Northampton—consistently professional, precise, and passionate about her craft.

Positive experience: Good service.. it was too busy when I booked, so first i got my hair cut and later they allotted time for me to beard trim. Both were well done.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional staff, great atmosphere and most of all top quality trims. Highly recommended. I will continue to attend this barbers, they provide excellent service. Two years on, and I know take my 2 and a half year old and they do a fantastic job of his hair too! Will take an awful lot for me to change barbers now.

Only been in Northampton for 3 years and in finding Dapper Chaps I tried a few barbers. It’s fair to say that there are a LOT of barbers in Northampton, but very few good ones. Dapper Chaps are quality. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just as important is the atmosphere, really friendly and professional and good fun. From the first time I went there I was made to feel really welcome. I used to hate getting my hair cut, it was a chore. Now I genuinely look forward to it. I even drive 40 minutes out of my way to get there. Give this place a try or your missing out!

Fantastic experience: After my regular barber was fully booked up I decided to give Dapper Chaps a go. I can honestly say I'm so happy I did. As someone who has always seen a haircut as a necessity rather than an enjoyable experience, Gary has managed to changed my perception of what the haircutting experience can be and is now something I will genuinely look forward to again. Upon entering Dapper Chaps you are greeted like an old friend and made to feel welcome, something which had been lacking in other establishments I've visited. Aside from his kind nature, Gary is clearly a master of his craft, his knowledge and experience goes a long way into alleviating any doubts you may have. 10/10 experience will definitely be back again!
