Negative experience: Be careful before haircut in this shop. Ask them price before haircut, otherwise you will get shocked like me. Thanks God, I asked him before haircut and left shop immediately. Because before me, one guy, he get haircut and when he asked how much? He said £25 and he got shocked as the owner wants to give by force full package of haircut and shampoo, conditioner and wash. I saw the face of the guy who got haircut, he was in big shocked. Be careful and if have to pay £25 then better to visit better barber shop

Negative experience: asked for medium skin fade , got a really really high skin fade , hasn’t been faded properly .

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place, I went recently as I needed a haircut for graduation and it was late the night before, since they’re open late I was able to get it. The attention to detail was great, he spent so long cutting it and making sure it was exactly what I asked for, they also did things I’ve near heard of before like using a flame on my ear. If you want a high quality hair cut at a moderately cheap price, I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Overpriced for the quality of service. The stylists don’t seem up to date with current trends and didn’t deliver the style I asked for. There are much better babers that charge less. Feels like a total rip-off.

Negative experience: Very good barbers, and the haircuts they’re giving are actually not bad at all. But if you’re trying to get a haircut, double check the price beforehand. Asked specifically for a student haircut and they charged me £28 for “extras” that I didn’t even ask for. I understand that they’re trying to provide a good service, but ripping off students is a bit too much.

Positive experience: Did an excellent job with my hair. Leo was very precise and was very friendly. It did take a very long time, but it was worth it in the end.

Negative experience: Charged 9 pound more than he listed(£26) and was late by 15-20mins with no apology to a appointment time I booked a week before. Also didn't do the treatment(wax ear) that was booked despite charging 9 pound extra for my hair "being long". (My hair is 5 inches on top and 2 on the side roughly i think, still not too long). Didn't say beforehand he would do a price hike. Was on his phone frequently too. Haircut itself was really, really average. Doesn't appear to know how to cut a side part and also thinks sides that stick out naturally and need length to sit are "damaged hair". My few previous barbers didn't have an issue with this. Not going again. Never had a experience close to this with any other person who has cut my hair. His other staff man was nice and friendly.

Negative experience: Had a great cut fist time i went with my son. Took my other son for his haircut, and Leo was running late (20min) so i decided to have a beard trim. The beard trim was £25 , and my son was charged £35 £9extra) for having longish hair. My other son returned today (after 9 weeks) and was charged an extra £4for long hair. So through greed Leo has lost 3 customers who never return.

A satisfactory and professional experience where my hair was treated to a fine makeover. Would recommend anyone in the city looking for a good haircut and makeover.

Negative experience: I will never go to this barber again because they charged 22 pounds for my 10 year old child . Every other place I have taken my child it has only been 10 to 12 pounds for the same haircut

Fantastic experience: I use Leo's for a beard trim/shape but I have now had my hair cut too. It was my first time to have ever experienced a skin fade. Negative experience: had an incredibly disappointing experience at this barbershop. I had booked an appointment over the phone specifically for a beard shave, yet when I arrived, the barber was rude from the moment I walked in. Without any explanation, he refused to provide the service I had reserved. Things escalated when he aggressively told me to leave the shop using extremely inappropriate language. His behavior was completely unprovoked, leaving me confused and shocked. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. No one deserves to be treated this way
