Negative experience: My haircut was disappointing and took much longer than expected for such a simple service. There was quite a bit of hair on the floor from another station while the staff stood around chatting, which didn’t create the most professional atmosphere. I also noticed an unpleasant body odor from my barber, which made the experience uncomfortable. I don’t mean to sound overly critical, but I paid $46 for a basic haircut, which is more than I’ve ever spent before. If a place charges premium prices or offers specialized services, the pricing should be clearly stated in advance, and at that rate I would expect everything to be close to perfect.

Negative experience: Je ne comprends pas du tout les 5 étoiles. La coupe est horrible rien ne va malgré lui avoir montré plusieurs fois la photo. Peut etre plus prioriser le client que de repondre a ses appels. Vraiment je déconseille

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio, me cortaron el cabello como en 10 min y de mala gana, el mayor problema fue la actitud y no preguntar cómo quería mi cabello porque lo cortó como el quiso( me lo dejo muy corto cuando le dije que solo quería un despunte solo si era necesario) tampoco pregunto a cerca del largo de mi patilla ( me la dejo muy corta) no se tomó la molestia de limpiarme la cara hasta que yo lo empecé a hacer, dejo cabello en mi cuello, fatal! Fatal! Es un servicio no un favor.
