Negative experience: ​"The school is good, but there is a major issue with class scheduling. Students who enroll in the regular pack have to wait for up to 3 months for theory classes. However, those who take the Lump Sum pack get their classes within 2 to 3 days. This unfair treatment and extreme delay for regular students feels like a scam."

Negative experience: Very poor experience with this training institute. They never answer calls at all, and the customer service is practically non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times with no response, and the staff are not helpful whatsoever. A simple process like renewing a traffic file has taken more than 4 weeks with no clear reason. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing and unprofessional ,I would not recommend them.

Negative experience: التعليم جيد لكن خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا والتواصل شبه منعدم.. تختار مدرب معين وما يلتزم معاك.. يقولون انتظر منا اتصال محد يتصل.. تتصل انت عشان تتابع محد يرد على التيلفون او يردون من غير ما تحصل فايدة.. يعني لحد ما تاخذ الرخصة تكون طلعت روحك بالمواعيد والخدمة السيئة
