Negative experience: تجربة سيئة جدًا مع الموظفين، أخبرني أن الحساب 30 درهم، وبحسن نية وثقة دفعت فورًا، ثم تفاجأت بأن الخصم كان 32 درهم. وعندما سألت، قال إن هذا حساب الماكينة! وكل ردوده كانت ببرود: “إلا هي درهمين”. استرجعت الدرهمين لأنهم لا يملكون الحق في أخذ أي مبلغ إضافي دون إذن. كما أن خدمة الحلاقة عادية لشعر الرأس، والسعر مقابل الخدمة لا يستحق.
