Negative experience: Poor management and bad customer handling. Walk-in customers are not preferred. I waited over 30 minutes and was then told that no barber would be available for a long time. Only a few barbers are good. Overall, I do not recommend this salon due to very poor customer management. Reply to the owner’s Comment I reviewed the reply to my previous comment, and it seems the owner may have concerns about the customer review rather than acknowledging the issue openly. I would like to clarify that I have no personal issues with your business. I have been a customer of AJ before and had taken haircuts earlier as well. I returned because your staff is skilled and does good work. However, I sincerely pointed out the customer management issue I faced this time. Instead of addressing it, excuses were made by stating that I did not wait for 30 minutes and that I did not provide my phone number, which is misleading. After leaving your salon, I went to the nearest salon, KL14, and got my haircut done there. Please note that being good at service alone does not make a business the best—how customers are treated plays a major role in business growth. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience this time, and based on this visit, I would not recommend the salon to others. I appreciate your reply, but I believe honest feedback should be acknowledged rather than dismissed.
