Negative Erfahrung: I had a haircut from John today and noticed he did my neckline like this. For 46 euros, I can’t say it was worth it

Negative Erfahrung: I had two harictis, one with John and a second one with Simon. It was very disappointing, especially the second one. John was in a hurry for the next customer so he didn't finish drying my hair and I went home with half wet hair. Simon simply forgot the shape of my haircut, didn't ask me about it and in the end cut too much on a wrong side. That much that it took me around 3 months to regrow it. You can try other barbers in this spot but I wouldn't recommend John and Simon. They failed to deliver some basic services.

Negative Erfahrung: I must have been extremely unlucky because this place has great reviews yet my haircut was so awful. For once I decided to pay a lot as I’m tired of being disappointed with low budget options despite only ever wanting quite a basic traditional haircut. I found this place and came out with literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had. My friends and I were literally laughing at how bad it was. I was very tempted to find another barber to even it out, and the weird shape of it where there was so much left on the back of my head has been bothering me for weeks. The guy was from the same country as me so communication was not an issue, and I really got the impression he was not qualified and didn’t know what he was doing. He also didn’t seem very happy doing it. He did exactly what I said I didn’t want, plus it took him an unbelievably long time.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Second time with John and once again I am more than satisfied. Even if he “only” does the sides, he works very precisely and earns my trust with his latest work. What I also like is that I can just sit and not get involved in a conversation. Nothing seems forced, just chill. Fantastische Erfahrung: I had my first experience today at Rowdy FHain. It was really nice, it felt like being in the living room of a friend! Simon knows what he does and seems like he enjoys doing it, which is a big plus! I entered with a very disorganised beard, and went out with a clean face. The place itself is cozy and the atmosphere very relaxed. I enjoyed it very much!

I am sure Simon is a good barber, but take him when he is on a good day: I could see Simon was already pissed before he started cutting my hair. I would not recommend the 6pm slot if you want a relaxing and professional moment. I guess Simon realized something went wrong since he offered a discount.

Fantastische Erfahrung: First time visiting this barber, excellent experience! John carefully listened to my wishes and made good work of it. However, after admiring my cut in the mirror at home I noticed some unevenness at the temples, now that everything had settled. Understandable, as John was still unfamiliar with my hair. After notifying the barbershop I could quickly come again for a fix-up, which John attended to with the same excellent care as the first time I was there. I appreciate how easy everything was handled, and I can't be more happy with how it eventually turned out. Great service!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been getting my hair cut here for years, and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. Even though they don't usually do walk-ins, you can usually get a same-day appointment a few hours later. Barbers have always listened carefully to what I want, and cut quickly and to requests, adding some nice details. Good value and, obviously, the fact everyone is English speaking (if not native) is helpful.

Negative Erfahrung: Heute war ich das erste Mal zu spät. Kann ja mal passieren. Sehr schade, dass man mich dann nicht mehr bedient hat und mitteilte ich müsste einen neuen Termin buchen. Ich musste auch mal 15 min warten weil der Kunde vor mir zu spät war. Als Stammkunde hätte ich mehr Flexibilität erwartet.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Got my haircut and beard trim done by Motoki. My hair has been thinning on top and I wasn’t sure what would look good anymore but told him what I was basically looking for. He gave suggestions and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Motoki is also so far the only person not to mangle my mustache and beard here in Germany. If possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. Great job all around and would recommend!

Positive Erfahrung: Editing my review : I have been going here for a while, and I even left a 5-star review after a very nice haircut I got from Eugen. however in the last year the quality has dropped and my last 2 haircuts there (with different barbers) were literally some of the worst I ever got. considering what I'm asking for is really basic, I was really disappointed by last experiences. All things considered, I'm updating to 3 stars which is stlil generous.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I really like barber work by Stanislav! Overal Rowdy is great: easy bookings and if someone is sick, for example, you can easy book with someone else. I only wish the appointments were slighlty longer, barbers need to really speed up to make a cut and beard in 45m.

Positive Erfahrung: Ich habe mich hier nur schneiden lassen, ohne Bart, deshalb kann ich die Bartrasur nicht bewerten. Das Ambiente ist gut, kostenlose Getränke werden angeboten, die Haare werden vom Fussboden schnell entfernt, es ist sauber und stylisch. Den Termin kann man online buchen, eine Email kommt sogar vor 4 St mit der Benachrichtigung. Sie verstehen viele Fremdsprachen, aber Deutsch können nur wenige Personen sprechen, naja, das ist Berlin. Aber jetzt die Nachteile. Für 39€ habe ich erwartet, dass es auch Zeit gibt, vor dem Schneiden Haare zu waschen. Alles war hektisch, man schafft einfach nicht, in 30 Min die Kunden zu beraten, schneiden, Haare waschen usw. Man sieht, wie die Meister unter dem starken Zeitdruck arbeiten und man fühlt sich wie auf dem Fließband. Ich bin rechtzeitig gekommen und hab noch 10 Min gewartet. Mit dem Ergebnis war ich danach trotzdem zufrieden. Nach meiner Meinung kann man das Gleiche für 20€ woanders bekommen, nochmal würde ich nicht kommen, einfach zu teuer. Schaut die Preise inkl. Bart, das ist Wahnsinn. Der Chef konzentriert sich angeblich nur auf die Gewinnmaximierung und so viele wie möglich Termine anzubieten. Daran leiden aber die Mitarbeiter und die Kunden. Man zahlt hier mehr nur wegen der Marke und der Lage. Kostenlose Kaffee und Bier kann man sich sparen.

Negative Erfahrung: Ich bin richtig enttäuscht! Nachdem ich über längere Zeit fast jeden Barbier dort eingehend erlebt habe, kann ich mit reinem Gewissen behaupten, dass ein Besuch in diesem Laden sein Geld nicht wert ist. Ich habe von circa 10 Besuchen bei 6 verschiedenen Barbieren dort lediglich einmal einen richtig guten Schnitt gehabt. Die anderen waren für 39 Euro wirklich schlecht und mussten sogar nachgebessert werden. Für 39 Euro erwarte ich einfach eine Bestleistung, sonst kann ich auch zum "normalen" Barbier für 20 Euro gehen, denn dort wären die Fehler nicht so schwer wiegend. Auch die Arroganz und erkennbare Lustlosigkeit der Jungs ist unangenehm. Das kann mal passieren, aber es ist dort schon über mehrere Monate so, deswegen hier meine Bewertung. Gebt euch für diesen stolzen Preis mehr Mühe! Nachtrag: Beim letzten Besuch wurden die Haare auf und um den Stuhl vom Kunden vorher nicht entfernt, sodass ich sie selber wegmachen musste. Das ist für den Preis echt unprofessionell!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Went here based on recs I read off Reddit and Google, was not disappointed. Super easy to book, and the website lists the languages each barber speaks. Friendly and professional staff who offered me coffee while I waited (though I only waited about 2 minutes). John cut my hair and did a great job—super detailed-oriented, wasn’t rushing, and gave me the cut that I explained I wanted. Despite what other reviews on here say, it’s definitely a good quality cut that’s worth the price, maybe even a bit underpriced.

Negative Erfahrung: Everything is fine with this barbershop until you're not happy with something; then you're on your own with your wonky moustache... I’ve been using this barbershop for a while and have been happy with the service. I went in for a beard trim, and the young lad who was doing it was clearly inexperienced. He actually did a pretty good job, but I had to ask him to straighten up my beard line and moustache line as neither of them was even. In doing so, he actually made the unevenness worse. So, I got up after the trim, shook his hand, and said, 'I’m really sorry, man. I don’t like to complain, but I want someone else to fix the lines.' I went to the main desk on my way out and asked calmly and politely. Four barbers stood around me looking at their calendar and said, 'Can I come back in later to get it fixed?' I explained I’m on my way to work and then flying to Spain, so I’d really appreciate a quick fix. I said I think it’ll only take 5 mins, it's just the lines. They repeated, 'We are all super packed out and busy.' I said, 'I really can’t come back, and we’ve been standing around chatting about this for 5 minutes already. I’ve got to get to work. Are you sure there’s no chance?' Then, a rather dramatic member of staff (I think actually the manager) flung his hands in the air and said, 'Well, I suggest you go get on with your busy day then,' and walked off, saying, 'I’m not having this conversation anymore.' Then, all the barbers disappeared, leaving me at the counter on my own. Later on, I received a text message saying they are happy to fix my beard, but as it stands, I have still not paid! Then again, explained they are busy and offered me yet again to come in. I replied, explaining again my situation and said I wasn’t sure I had to pay when I was left standing on my own at the counter with my wonky beard and moustache. He then replied saying, 'For some reason, I don’t quite seem to grasp the concept that they would have fixed it when they have time, and he’s not in the business of repeating himself 10 times,' and to not book there again. My personal grievance aside, if you book there, check the barber you are seeing is actually experienced because if it goes wrong and you can’t fit exactly to their schedule, you’re screwed.
