Fantastische Erfahrung: I rarely leave reviews, but this barbershop truly deserves one. I booked my first appointment with Matteo as first try to see if they could meet my expectations. The environment felt professional and welcoming. Matteo greeted me personally, took my jacket, and offered me a drink (I went with coffee, of course). This attention to hospitality set a great tone for the visit. Before session, I explained what hairstyle I want. During the haircut, Matteo demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. He checked in with me multiple times throughout the session to ensure I was happy with the result. I noticed the same careful approach from the other staff members as well. The shampooing, even massaging were something I enjoyed so much. The final result exceeded my expectations completely. Yes, the price might be on the higher side for some, but for the quality of service and result I received, for me it was absolutely worth it. What a great haircut to start in 2026 (IF you get a good barbershop, which is this). Highly recommended!

I very much appreciate his hair cutting skills too, as he naturally matches my hair style to my facial features. I always leave his chair grateful, refreshed, and in a great mood, with mustache lines that everybody comments on. I recommended Antonino to a couple of friends and they cannot stop thanking me.

Negative Erfahrung: Not a great haircut. I wouldn't come back. Instructions weren't listened to, and I wouldn't come back. Edit re business response: I appreaciate that they tried to call me and solve the solution. However not being based in Geneva, I won't be coming back, and re the English comment, I had shown a picture of the haircut I wanted and spoken in French for the whole duration of the cut.
